A domestic gas burner comprising a housing with a chamber, which can be coupled to an optionally controlled feed for a gaseous fuel and is in open communication with the environment via flame ports for the purpose of igniting a gas flame. An inlet device is coupled to the housing and comprises an entrance for receiving gaseous fuel, ambient air, and an outlet for feeding a fuel/air mixture to the burner chamber. The entrance and the outlet are in open communication with each other via a fuel channel which extends therebetween and is bounded by a wall. A gas port debouches into the entrance during operation to feed a fuel flow. The entrance allows substantially free entry of ambient air, and the inlet device comprises auxiliary gas means for generating and maintaining a flow of an auxiliary gas, directed toward the outlet, over the wall of the fuel channel.

Gas burner with a pneumatic actuating injet

A gas burner includes a burner body that defines a plurality of forced induction flame ports. An air outlet orifice is mounted to an injet body at an outlet of an air passage such that the air outlet orifice is oriented for directing a flow of air towards the plurality of forced induction flame ports. A gas outlet orifice is mounted to the injet body at an outlet of a gas passage such that the gas outlet orifice is oriented for directing a flow of gaseous fuel towards the plurality of forced induction flame ports. A pneumatically actuated gas valve is positioned within the injet body. The pneumatically actuated gas valve is configured to adjust from a closed configuration to an open configuration in response to the flow of air through the air passage.

Gas burner assembly and gas cooking appliance comprising at least one gas burner assembly

The present invention relates to a gas burner assembly (10), in particular for a gas cooking appliance, preferably for a domestic gas cooking hob. The present invention further relates to such a gas cooking appliance comprising at least one gas burner assembly (10). The gas burner assembly (10) comprises a burner head (12) including a plurality of high-power flame ports (32). The gas burner assembly (10) comprises at least one intermediate element (14, 16) including a plurality of low-power flame ports (38). The burner head (12) is arranged above the at least one intermediate element (14, 16). The high-power flame ports (32) are connected to a first gas inlet (30) via a horizontal Venturi pipe (22). The low-power flame ports (38) are connected to a second gas inlet (52) via an annular distribution chamber (46). The low-power flame ports (38) and the high-power flame ports (32) are located on different parts of the gas burner assembly (10) and arranged in super-imposed way. According to a first aspect of the invention, the gas burner assembly (10) comprises at least one base part (20) arranged beneath the at least one intermediate element (14, 16), wherein at least one low-power injector (18), at least one pre-mixing chamber (48) and preferably the second gas inlet (52) are integrated within said base part (20). According to a second aspect of the invention, the gas burner assembly (10) is arranged in the gas cooking appliance in that way that the primary fresh air for the high-power flame ports (32) is sucked from the bottom side and the primary fresh air for the low-power flame ports (38) is sucked from the top side of a work plate (54) of the gas cooking appliance.

A gas cavity burner, wherein the present invention discloses a burner applied to ovens, more specifically, the present invention discloses a tubular burner composed by two half-shells disposed superposed conforming an inner mixture and diffusion chamber the receives a comburent and a combustible in order to generate a pilot and primary flames, said two half-shells comprising substantially symmetrical perimetral surfaces wherein one said shell comprises a corrugated perimeter surface while the other comprises a flat perimeter surface, the burner of the present invention also presenting a spacer between both half-shells, in that said spacer reduces deformation issues caused by the heating, while it also brings more control to the pilot flame and aggregates a reduction of material thickness in the manufacturing of the burner.

A cooking appliance includes a cooking area. A hob can be located in the cooking area. The hob includes an injector holder base defining an air chamber and a burner interface chamber. An injector holder cover overlies the injector holder base. The injector holder base and the injector holder cover collectively define a venturi tube extending between the air chamber and the burner interface chamber. An injector is carried by at least one of the injector holder base or injector holder cover. A burner is supported on the injector holder cover.

The gas burner assembly may include an annular burner body, a fuel manifold, and a thermal break. The annular burner body may be positioned at the top panel at a top surface thereof. The annular burner body may define a central combustion zone, a plurality of flame ports at the central combustion zone, and a fuel chamber upstream from the plurality of flame ports. The annular burner body may be open at the central combustion zone such that a circumferentially bounded portion of the top panel is vertically exposed. The fuel manifold may be selectively connected to the annular burner body upstream from the fuel chamber. The thermal break may be formed along the circumferentially bounded portion of the top panel below the plurality of flame ports.
