GAS FIRED RADIANT EMITTER COMPRISING A RADIANT SCREEN
A gas fired radiant emitter comprises a burner deck onto which premix gas is combusted when the emitter is in use; and a metal plate provided at the combustion side of the burner deck. The metal plate is provided to act as radiant screen when the emitter is in use. The metal plate is at least over part of its surface spaced from the burner deck. The metal plate comprises a plurality of elongated slots for passage through the metal plate of flue gas generated on the burner deck. The plurality of elongated slots comprise a first elongated slot. The first elongated slot has a first tangent along a position along the length of the first elongated slot. The plurality of elongated slots comprise a second elongated slot. The second elongated slot has a second tangent along a position along the length of the second elongated slot. The angle between the first tangent and the second tangent is between 45° and 135°.
PREFABRICATED INTEGRATED COMBUSTION ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF INSTALLING THE SAME INTO A COMBUSTION SYSTEM
Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to devices and methods for improving operation of a combustion system. According to various embodiments disclosed herein, a prefabricated integrated combustion assembly is disclosed that may be installed into a combustion chamber of a combustion system. The combustion system may be a new combustion system that is being manufactured or a conventional combustion system that is being retrofitted.
INFRARED BURNER AND WARMER
Disclosed are an infrared burner and a warmer. The infrared burner includes a cover, a chassis, a mounting bracket, a ceramic plate, a hollow air column and a strengthening net. The chassis is defined with a through hole. A bottom of the mounting bracket is mounted on the chassis and a top of the mounting bracket is mounted on the cover. The ceramic plate is defined with air holes and provided on the mounting bracket. The ceramic plate is enclosed with the mounting bracket. The chassis and the cover to form a combustion space. The hollow air column is defined with air holes and passes through the through hole to extend into the combustion space. A bottom of the strengthening net is connected with the chassis and a top of the strengthening net is connected with the cover, and the strengthening net is provided outside the ceramic plate.
Infrared temperature equalizing device and grill thereof
An infrared temperature equalizing device and a grill thereof having a first vertical plate, a first folded plate, a second vertical plate, and a second folded plate. The first folded plate is connected with the second folded plate to form a cover. The first vertical plate and the second vertical plate form a wall. The wall and the cover form a heat aggregation chamber for hot air aggregation and circulation, which has a closed top and a bottom opening with a longitudinal depth. The temperature equalizing device achieves heat aggregation, temperature rising, and temperature equalizing. Through infrared and convection heating, the grill can heat food evenly and roast the food quickly.
Combustion device
A combustion device includes a first cover, a second cover, an infrared generating mesh, and a gas burner assembly, wherein the first cover has a plurality of through holes. A first half portion of the second cover has at least one hollow portion. A second half portion of the second cover is closed. The infrared generating mesh is disposed between the first cover and the second cover. A flame outlet of the gas burner assembly is located within a projection area of the second half portion. In this way, the intensity of the infrared rays generated by the combustion device could be increased and could be uniform.
INFRARED RADIATION EMITTER
The disclosure relates to a gas-heated infrared radiation emitter comprising at least one radiating screen, which is for example made of ceramic and/or metal, in the form of at least one plate comprising a lower main surface and an upper main surface that are distant from each other, and a plurality of through-prisms, which are preferably hollow, extending from the lower main surface to the upper main surface, each prism being defined by a polygonal base and by an axis. The prisms may be juxtaposed with one another so that their polygonal bases form a tiling of at least one portion of the lower and upper main surfaces of said plate.
INFRARED TEMPERATURE EQUALIZING DEVICE AND GRILL THEREOF
An infrared temperature equalizing device and a grill thereof having a first vertical plate, a first folded plate, a second vertical plate, and a second folded plate. The first folded plate is connected with the second folded plate to form a cover. The first vertical plate and the second vertical plate form a wall. The wall and the cover form a heat aggregation chamber for hot air aggregation and circulation, which has a closed top and a bottom opening with a longitudinal depth. The temperature equalizing device achieves heat aggregation, temperature rising, and temperature equalizing. Through infrared and convection heating, the grill can heat food evenly and roast the food quickly.
Combustion device
A combustion device includes at least one burner, a supporting assembly, and an infrared ray generation assembly. The at least one burner includes a flame outlet and is adapted to burn gas. The supporting assembly includes a cover plate which has an opening and a plurality of holes, wherein the opening is corresponding to the flame outlet. The infrared ray generation assembly is disposed on the supporting assembly. The infrared ray generation assembly includes an infrared ray generation mesh which includes an emission surface which is adapted to emit infrared ray and corresponding to the plurality of holes. The heating efficiency of the combustion device can be effectively increased by generating an open fire and infrared rays as well as uniform heating.
COMBUSTION DEVICE
A combustion device includes a first cover, a second cover, an infrared generating mesh, and a gas burner assembly, wherein the first cover has a plurality of through holes. A first half portion of the second cover has at least one hollow portion. A second half portion of the second cover is closed. The infrared generating mesh is disposed between the first cover and the second cover. A flame outlet of the gas burner assembly is located within a projection area of the second half portion. In this way, the intensity of the infrared rays generated by the combustion device could be increased and could be uniform.
Infrared agricultural heater
An infrared heater for use in an agricultural setting, particular for use in poultry houses, is provided that includes a burner assembly supported by an opposing pair of generally T-shaped end plates. The heater further includes a pair of emitter assemblies having a parabolic configuration that are each supported by an elongated emitter support. The emitter assemblies surround an inner core member assembly that in part define burn chambers. The heater includes a pair of end deflector members that together with the parabolic inner surfaces of the emitter assemblies direct infrared heat outwardly and downwardly in a wide and generally quadrilaterally shaped heat footprint.
