A circumferential ignition coil is located within the opening and is connected by a fuel supply line to a source of gaseous fuel for providing a fire. A circumferential flameproof enclosure surrounds the ignition coil in the top opening of the base. A fountain top is also located centrally within the top opening so that the flameproof enclosure surrounds and circumscribes the fountain top. A water pump located in the base supplies a water flow out the fountain top and down the sides thereof into the interior of the fountain base, where it is recirculated.

The all-purpose opening-covering case includes an opening-covering case body for covering the heat source-receiving opening of a roasting/grilling device completely, and a gas controller with a gas operation unit for controlling the state of communication between gas input and output ends. The extended supporting frame is a box with a protective lid, is coupled to the inner side of the opening-covering case body at one end, and has a stove burner opening at the opposite end. The lateral walls of the protective lid are formed with vent holes. The gas nozzle is provided on the inner side of the stove burner opening. The all-purpose gas stove structure allows a ceramic roasting/grilling device to have a higher air intake and therefore produce higher heat.

In a first operation mode the energy accumulator unit is supplied with excessed electricity from the public grid to produce synthetic natural gas, wherein the produced synthetic natural gas is discharged in a gas network, while oxygen and water which are produced together with the synthetic natural gas are stored in the oxygen tank and the water tank correspondingly. In a second operation mode gas from the gas network together with oxygen from the oxygen tank and water from the water tank are used in the power plant unit to produce electricity, which is supplied to the public grid. This way electricity production excess is efficiently accumulated for industrial or municipal use.
