A flow plate is coupled to the inlet conduit and includes a plurality of guide blades defining a plurality of passages therebetween. Each blade includes a flat portion and a guide portion extending obliquely and downwardly from the flat portion to facilitate a swirling of an air gas mixture exiting the passages.
