Pan support, a gas stove and a method for producing a pan support

A pan support according to the invention for a gas stove comprises a support structure for a pan having a support surface for the pan, a chamber for a gas, in particular for an inflammable combustion mixture, the chamber being arranged in the interior of the support structure. Gas outlet openings are provided at the support structure and have a fluid connection to the chamber. The chamber has a circumferential geometry when looking from above.

Burner with an optional pilot

A burner assembly includes a base body. A cap is positioned on the base body such that the base body and the cap collectively define a plurality of flame ports. A pilot insert is mounted to the base body. The pilot insert and the base body collectively defining a pilot port. An igniter is configured to generate an ignition spark. An upper spark target is positioned proximate the plurality of flame ports, and a lower spark target is positioned proximate the pilot port. An electrode of the igniter is positionable proximate either the upper spark target or the lower spark target.

Water heater

A water heater includes a burner generating combustion gas, a heat exchanger heating water which flows through the inside, through heat exchange with combustion gas generated in the burner, a fan supplying air to the burner, and a housing storing these components. The water heater has a water entry portion in a top plate of the housing. A water supply pipe for supplying water to the inside of the heat exchanger is connected to the water entry portion. The water entry portion is arranged to be included, in a plane view, in at least one component constituting the heat exchanger and an exhaust path for combustion gas which has passed through the heat exchanger. The component is made of a material having corrosion resistance against drainage water resulting from condensation of combustion gas.

THIN PREMIXED ATMOSPHERIC DOMESTIC BURNER
20170254533 · 2017-09-07 ·

The object of the present invention is an atmospheric gas burner (300) for cooking tops (400), in particular household cooking tops (400), where the air-gas mixture is obtained by the effect of the gas supply pressure using the principle of the tube ejector (10; 310) of Venturi that has a sufficient quantity Z≧1 of ejectors (310) to supply, globally, the maximum power (W.sub.b) provided for the same burner (300).

Each of said ejectors (310) develops on a horizontal plane, has the axis of its diffuser (315) which in the first stretch (322) is substantially rectilinear and tangential to a circle with centre on the central axis (324) of said burner (300) while in the second stretch (323) gradually bends substantially as a spiral towards the same central axis (324), leads, downstream of said diffuser (315), to a converging channel (327) which gradually bends vertically upwards and which, in turn, leads to one or more diffusion chambers (328) to which one or more flame spreading caps (318) act as a cover.

Double-stacked gas burner

A gas burner assembly for a cooktop appliance including an upper chamber, a first plurality of burner ports, a lower chamber and a second plurality of burner ports. A first fuel-gas injector is configured to direct a first stream of fuel gas into the upper chamber, thereby drawing surrounding air to yield injection of a first mixture of fuel gas and air into the upper chamber. A second fuel-gas injector directs a second stream of fuel gas into a secondary opening that communicates with the lower chamber, thereby drawing surrounding air to yield injection of a second mixture of fuel gas and air into the lower chamber. The upper chamber being isolated from the lower chamber so that the first mixture of fuel gas and air in the upper chamber does not mix with the second mixture of fuel gas and air in the lower chamber.

Multi Injection Dual Ring Gas Burner For Domestic Gas Cooking Units

The present disclosure is related to a dual ring gas burner wherein the outer ring includes multipoint injection with bottom breathing and the inner ring works with top breathing. Two flame rings are included along with burner ports on the caps. As a result, better heating distribution is achieved along with greater ease in cleaning and combined simmer functions with high ratings by having the outer ring gas flow not interfering with the inner ring.

Gas burner and domestic cooking appliance

A gas burner for a household cooking appliance includes a first mixture-distribution chamber having a plurality of mixture-outlet openings, and a second mixture-distribution chamber separate from the first mixture-distribution chamber. The second mixture-distribution chamber is fluidically connected to the mixture-outlet openings of the first mixture-distribution chamber such that, when the gas burner is in operation, a combustion-gas/primary-air mixture is conducted out from the first mixture-distribution chamber and a combustion-gas/primary-air mixture is conducted out from the second mixture-distribution chamber via the mixture-outlet openings for flame formation.

OUTDOOR DECORATIVE BURNER

An outdoor decorative burner having a direct gas feed and a linear burner having a plurality of longitudinally-oriented slit-like flame orifices. The linear burner is securely attached to a plate by at least two wrap brackets. A direct spark igniter and a flame sensor are included and surrounded by protective cages.
