The locomotive (10) for spreading a waterproof coil in a hot melt manner improves the construction efficiency, reduces human power costs and reduces consumption of fuel gas.
Cement kiln burner device and method for operating the same
A cement kiln burner device includes a powdered-solid-fuel flow channel, a first air flow channel placed inside the powdered-solid-fuel flow channel to be adjacent to the powdered-solid-fuel flow channel, having means for swirling an air flow, an outer air flow-channel group placed concentrically in an outermost side outside the powdered-solid-fuel flow channel, having three or more second air flow channels adapted to form means for straightly forwarding an air flow, and a combustible-solid-waste flow channel placed inside the first air flow channel. The second air flow channels are placed proximally to each other in a radial direction within a range where air flows ejected from the respective second air flow channels are merged to form a single air flow, and are configured to control flow rates of the air flow ejected from the respective second air flow channels, independently for each second air flow channel.
Burner with Adjustable Injection of Air or of Gas
A burner that includes a primary air or gas duct delimited by an exterior wall and a concentric interior wall of axis X and ducts for radial primary air or gas injection is described. The air or gas duct includes a ring that is rotationally mobile and has axial protrusions constituting distributors which collaborate with the radial primary air ducts arranged on the interior wall and form two passages of different angles in each duct. Rotating the ring making it possible to vary the angle of injection of the radial primary air. Thus, the regulation is situated just at the tip of the burner, in the region of the outlet of the primary air into the kiln, by modifying the outlet angle of the radial component for fixed section, thereby greatly simplifying the regulating of the burner.
Luminous fluid sculptures
Systems and methods for shaping and energizing fluids to generate luminous fluid sculptures are disclosed herein. The disclosed methods comprise one or more steps of sculpting one or more fluids into a pattern or shape using one or more forces selected from the group consisting of mechanically generated turbulence, controlled movement through a shaped chamber, application of a magnetic field, vibration, and gravity to generate one or more sculpted fluids, and one or more steps of energizing the fluids using one or more sources of nonvisible energy selected from the group consisting of chemicals, heat, electrical current, and nonvisible electromagnetic radiation so that the fluids emit visible light. The color of the visible light emitted may be controlled by modulating various color-control factors. The methods comprise at least two non-simultaneous steps, where the non-simultaneous steps may be any combination of sculpting and energizing steps, to generate dynamic luminous fluid sculptures.
BACKPACKING STOVE HAVING TIP VALVE
A tip valve and a cook system incorporating same that automatically stops the flow of gas to a burner when tipped over and that automatically resets when disconnected from the fuel canister to allow the flow of gas to resume when righted and reconnected are provided. The tip valve includes a ball bearing freely moveable between a fuel canister actuator pin and a tip seal within a bore having two different diameters at each end thereof. The transition between the two diameters forms a taper that may be continuous forming a smooth tapered bore, or discontinuous formed by at least one counter bore. The automatic resetting is provided without the use of a mechanical pin or member.

The method further including igniting the gas to form a flame and heating the fiber with the flame as the fiber passes through the aperture. The one or more gas outlets opening into the aperture such that each gas outlet has a gas outlet bore terminating at an inward-facing wall of the burner that defines the aperture. And the gas outlet bore being oriented at an angle .sub.1 defined between the gas outlet bore and the inward-facing wall of the burner, downstream of the gas outlet bore, that is greater than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 70 degrees.
Miniature liquid combustor having double pre-heating structure, and combustion method thereof
A miniature liquid combustor includes a double pre-heating structure. A method of operating the combustor comprises introducing liquid hydrocarbon fuel and air into a combustion chamber and stably combusting above a metal catalytic grid. The flames of the combustor first heating a third sleeve, the heated third sleeve gradually radiating the thermal energy to first and second fuel pre-heating chambers until the entire miniature liquid combustor is heated. The process continues to respectively implement second pre-heating of air introduced into the air pre-heating chambers and fuel introduced into the fuel pre-heating chambers before introducing them into the combustion chamber. The resulting combustor and combustion method enable double counter-flow pre-heating of air and fuel before being introduced into the combustion chamber, such that the air and the fuel are fully preheated before combustion.
