VACUUM CRACKING APPARATUS FOR POWER BATTERY AND CRACKING METHOD THEREOF
The invention discloses a vacuum cracking apparatus for a power battery and a cracking method thereof. The cracking device comprises a cylinder and further comprises a rolling device, a first sealing device, a cracking device, a second sealing device, a pyrolysis device and a third sealing device which are arranged from top to bottom. The cracking device for the power battery of the present invention is equipped with the first sealing device, the second sealing device and the third sealing device to isolate the cracking device from the pyrolysis device and be capable of realizing material transmission and gas isolation without interference with each other, so that gas stirring between an anaerobic zone and an aerobic zone is avoided; and by combing battery cracking and battery pyrolysis, with cracked gas discharged after cracking as a fuel for cracking and pyrolysis or preheating a pyrolysis device, resources are fully used.
Thermal cracking system
The invention provides a thermal cracking system which comprises a reactor, and a feed module or a solid product discharge module. The feed module transports a feed material from the outside environment to the reactor. While being transported, the feed material is heated by the feed module to become molten and fills up the interior of the feed module, thereby preventing air from entering the reactor. The solid product discharge module transports a solid product from the reactor to the outside environment. One end of the solid product discharge module is connected with the reactor. The other end of the solid product discharge module comprises a first opening interfacing with the outside environment. When the solid product is transported to the outside environment, the opening size of the first opening is selected such that the speed at which the solid product is entering the solid product discharge module form the reactor is equal to or greater than that at which the solid product is leaving the solid product discharge module, through the first opening, and into the outside environment. Benefit of the invention includes a higher production efficiency and enhanced safety for a thermal cracking system at industrial scale.
HOPPER FOR FEEDING BULK MATERIAL
There is herein described an apparatus and method for feeding bulk material. More particularly, there is described an apparatus and method for feeding bulk material such as bulk solids which provides a constant and reliable feed of material.
Biochar apparatus and process
A biochar apparatus and a related biochar module may have a horizontal table-shaking mechanism and a tapered channel for causing biochar pieces generated in a firebox to fall through openings in the table to a conveyor system below. The table may be configured with replaceable grate panels. A quenching reservoir pan for holding quenching liquid receives a drainage basket at a discharge end of the conveyor system for quenching hot pieces of biochar and allowing easy retrieval of the quenched pieces.
WASTE PROCESSING SYSTEM
A waste processing system includes a pyrolysis apparatus that pyrolyzes a combustible waste, a melt-and-mold apparatus that generates an ingot of resin and combustible gas from a synthetic-resin waste, and an oil extraction apparatus that generates combustible oil and combustible gas from the ingot of resin. The melt-and-mold apparatus has a melter that melts the synthetic-resin waste using heat produced by the pyrolysis apparatus, the oil extraction apparatus has a pyrolyzer that pyrolyzes the ingot of resin using the heat produced by the pyrolysis apparatus, and at least one of the combustible gas generated at the melt-and-mold apparatus and the combustible gas generated at the oil extraction apparatus is supplied to the pyrolysis apparatus.
Gasification and pyrolysis optimization system for medical and toxic waste
The present disclosure is directed to a treatment system for medical and toxic waste. The system comprises two parts, a heterogeneous gasification system, in which syngas is produced from non-homogeneous waste, and a pyrolysis system, in which medical and hazardous waste are pyrolyzed using the syngas produced from the heterogeneous gasification system. The heterogeneous gasification system comprises a gasifier reactor having a reactor zone connected with an ash distillation zone, a re-fueling structure, an open-top water tank that wraps around the entire bottom section of the gasification system, and a gasification-agent supply module having a supply-end connected to the bottom of the gasifier reactor and a demand-end connected to the pyrolysis system. The pyrolysis system comprises a rotatable pyrolysis reactor having a horizontal and hollow cylindrical shape, a pyrolyzed-ash precipitator, which is connected to the pyrolysis reactor zone, and a condenser connected to the pyrolyzed-ash precipitator.
Automated biomass distribution system
A biomass energy system utilizes an automated biomass distribution system for evenly distributing biomass within a furnace of the biomass energy system. The even distribution of biomass dramatically increases efficiency of the biomass energy system. The automated biomass distribution system includes a control unit, a set of I/P control boxes, and a set of valve assemblies. Each valve assembly includes a pneumatic actuator, a plug and a discharge duct matching the shape of the plug.
Solid fuel skewer suspension burning system
A solid fuel skewer suspension burning system for a kiln, comprises a skewer rod and a solid fuel loading system. The skewer rod has a first end and a length that extends longitudinally. The solid fuel loading system includes a fuel centering and staging area that receives fuel from a conveyor system, and a fuel loading area that receives fuel from the fuel centering and staging area. The solid fuel is inserted upon the skewer rod at the fuel loading area. The solid fuel loading system also includes a first clamp, an airlock and a plow. The first clamp holds the skewer rod and defines a first position between the first clamp and a free end of the skewer rod. The airlock is spaced from the first clamp and has a first airlock gate and a second airlock gate. The plow reciprocates substantially longitudinally in cooperation with the skewer rod to advance fuel along at least a portion of the length of the skewer rod.
