EXHAUST GAS PATH HEAT ENERGY UTILIZATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method of heating a fluid stream for a power plant comprises diverting a portion of a main flow of flue gas from a power plant at a first pressure (P1), flowing the diverted flue gas through a heat exchanger, flowing an auxiliary fluid stream through the heat exchanger, and transferring heat from the diverted flue gas into the auxiliary fluid stream in the heat exchanger to raise a temperature of the auxiliary fluid stream from a first temperature (T3) to a second temperature (T4), while lowering a first temperature of the diverted flue gas (T1) to a second temperature (T2). The diverted flue gas is then returned to the main flow of flue gas in the power plant at a second pressure (P2). The method of flue gas flow through the heat exchanger may be accomplished by adding a self-contained flow path from a boiler higher pressure (P1) zone to a lower pressure (P2) zone.

The system includes a detection device arranged at an SCR outlet for simultaneous detection of flue gas from the pipelines in different areas, wherein the detection device is connected to a speed measurement device for measuring the speed of flue gas, the speed measurement device is connected to a central control unit and one end of a valve group, respectively, the other end of the valve group is connected to an air extracting device and a dilution unit, respectively, the control end of the valve group and the control end of the air extracting device are connected to a central control unit, respectively, the dilution unit is connected to a CEMS analyzer.
Method and apparatus for burning odor gas
A method for burning primary fuel (F1), wherein the primary fuel (F1) comprises at least a first compound containing nitrogen and a second compound comprising sulfur. The method comprises producing primary combustion gas (G1) having a temperature of at least 450° C. and comprising oxygen; feeding the primary fuel (F1) and the primary combustion gas (G1) to a primary process zone (Z1) of a furnace (200); feeding tertiary combustion gas (G3) to a secondary process zone (Z2) of the furnace (200); letting the primary fuel (F1), the primary combustion gas (G1), and/or their reaction products to move from the primary process zone (Z1) via the secondary process zone (Z2) to a tertiary process zone (Z3) of the furnace (200); and feeding quaternary combustion gas (G4) comprising oxygen to the tertiary process zone (Z3) of the furnace (200). An embodiment comprises collecting the primary fuel (F1) from a pulp process. A corresponding system.
Method for treating flue gas from combustion units
The reduction of the acid gas concentration in the flue gas of combustion units that is produced in waste incinerators, by contacting the flue gas with a powder composition including an alkaline earth metal salt and an ammonium salt. The contact may be carried out in a combustion furnace and/or in a post-combustion chamber of the combustion units.
High-efficient clean, high-variable load rate coal-fired power generation system and operation method thereof
In a high-efficient clean, high-variable load rate coal-fired power generation system, through the internal thermal source SCR denitration catalytic module coupled with high temperature and low temperature storage tanks, the operating temperature of the internal thermal source SCR denitration catalytic module is controlled in a range of 300° C. to 400° C., ensuring that the SCR catalyst has high activity in full-working conditions. Moreover, the high temperature and low temperature storage tanks are coupled with the high-pressure heater group for steam turbine regenerative system, so that when the coal-fired unit needs to increase load rate, the thermal storage energy is quickly converted into output power. In addition, energy stored in the high temperature and low temperature storage tanks come from both the internal thermal source SCR denitration catalytic module and the thermal storage medium heater within the boiler, the operational flexibility and the boiler efficiency are improved.
Method and apparatus for operating a gas turbine power plant at low load conditions with stack compliant emissions levels
An apparatus for a gas turbine power plant that uniquely configures emission control equipment such that the plant can extend the emissions compliant operational range, the apparatus including a plurality of oxidation (CO) catalysts arranged in series.
Burner and combustion device
A burner characterized by being equipped with: a fuel supply nozzle to which a mixed flow of a solid fuel and a solid fuel transport gas is supplied; a flow passage that is arranged on the outside of the fuel supply nozzle and that supplies combustion air separated from the mixed flow; and ammonia supply nozzles which are capable of supplying ammonia on the downstream side of the outlet of the fuel supply nozzle toward a reduction region in which oxygen in the transport gas has been consumed due to ignition of the fuel and the progress of combustion, resulting in a low oxygen concentration. Thus, it is possible to provide a burner capable of burning a mixture of a solid fuel and ammonia, and a combustion device equipped with this burner.
A METHOD FOR REDUCING COMBUSTION TEMPERATURE AND THERMAL RADIATION WITHIN A LIME KILN
