The combustion chamber has an opening for loading fuel, secondary openings along upper portions of the walls, a floor with openings to permit airflow into the chamber, and upright posts along the walls to support a cooking utensil for heating. The stove also has a dam that rests on the top of the combustion chamber to direct air through the secondary openings and into the combustion chamber to improve the burning of fuel. The outer body and combustion chamber hinges permit the stove to fold for better storage and transport.

A collapsible grate for a cooktop is provided. The collapsible grate includes a plurality of support members supported at either end at spaced locations along flexible edge strips. In preferred embodiments, each edge strip includes a plurality of sockets to receive the respective ends of the support members. The flexible edge strips allow the grate to be rolled up and folded over on itself for ease of removal and cleaning the underlying cooktop surface.

The inner panel (120) includes: an inner panel body (121) curved to have a predetermined curvature in a height direction; a lower inside coupling plate (122) extending from a lower portion of the inner panel body (121) to a predetermined area and coupled with the outer panel (110); and an upper inside coupling plate (123) extending from an upper portion of the inner panel body (121) to a predetermined area and coupled with the outer panel (110).

A fuel source combustion assembly is configured to allow for easy and safe reloading of a pre-ignited fuel source, in particular charcoal, into a cooking apparatus, such as a smoker, barbecue grill, indoor cooker, and the like. The assembly has a housing, to an inside of which a hamper is installed so as to be able to rotate through an opening on an outside wall of the housing. While in the rotated position, hamper is configured to present a rectangular opening, into which the fuel source may be poured. After the hamper is loaded, it can be rotated so as to be back inside of housing to be secured securely (e.g., by an external door).
