The front wall and the rear wall of the housing are provided with diagonal grooves for changing the position of the screens, wherein the screens are provided with rods for moving in the grooves.

The pellet barbecue controller monitors the conditions in the cooking chamber, and controls the gas recirculation fan speed and positioning of the mixer flap to maintain a desired temperature, while optimizing the concentration of wood taste compounds from the pellets in the cooking chamber.
