Hemmed shelf for appliance-module assembly
An appliance including a cooking cavity wrapper and a first side wall disposed laterally adjacent a first side of the cooking cavity wrapper. The first side wall includes a first hemmed shelf formed as a U-shaped bend therein. The U-shaped bend defines an inward-extending flange comprising a top leg and a bottom leg disposed in face-to-face adjacency with one another. The first hemmed shelf is adapted to support a module of the appliance above the cooking cavity wrapper.
Latch module, a hinge module and an appliance using the same
A latch module includes a latch including a hook for engaging with a pin, a spring that applies a force to move the latch in a first direction; and a motor to pivot the latch. The hook is opened at a front end toward the first direction that opens to an engaging surface provided in the hook for engaging with the pin and the engaging surface includes a disengaging inclined surface that is disposed at a front end portion of the hook and a secure lock surface that is disposed behind the disengaging inclined surface. The disengaging inclined surface has an inclined surface inclined in the first direction and the secure lock surface has an inclined surface inclined in a second direction opposite the first direction. In a first basic position of the latch, the disengaging inclined surface of the hook is positioned to engage with the pin. In a second basic position of the latch, the engaging surface of the hook is positioned to release the pin. In a third basic position of the latch, the secure lock surface of the hook is positioned to engage with the pin.
COOKING APPLIANCE
The present disclosure relates to a cooking appliance. In the cooking appliance, a portion of a fastening bracket is coupled to a cabinet, the remaining portion of the fastening bracket contacts the bottom surface of a housing in parallel, and as a fastening member couples the fastening bracket to the bottom surface of the housing, the cabinet is coupled to the housing while the front surface of the cabinet contacts the housing closely.
OVEN
An oven includes an oven body, a heating element, a frame, and an oven door. The oven body has an inner space inside and includes a front plate, wherein the front plate has an entrance that communicates with the inner space. The heating element is adapted to heat the inner space. The frame is engaged with the oven body and has an abutted portion. The oven door is pivotally connected to the oven body and is located at the entrance. The oven door could pivot to a close position to close the entrance and could pivot downward to an open position from the close position to open the entrance. When the oven door is located at the open position, the second surface abuts against the abutted portion of the frame, thereby forming a platform outside the entrance for placing objects.
Cooking appliance
A cooking appliance includes a body that defines a cooking chamber therein, a door rotatably connected to the body and configured to open and close at least a portion of the cooking chamber, a hinge mechanism that rotatably connects the door to the body, and a control device disposed in the door. The control device includes a control housing that is configured to accommodate one or more components of the control device and that includes a first sidewall that defines an air inlet, and a second sidewall that defines an air outlet, an inlet-side cooling fan disposed at a first position of the control housing closer to the air inlet than the air outlet, and an outlet-side cooling fan disposed at a second position of the control housing closer to the air outlet than the air inlet.
Cooking appliance having a cable pull device for automatically pivoting a door
A cooking appliance includes a housing having a cooking chamber, and a door configured to close the cooking chamber. The door is arranged on the housing in a pivotable manner and capable of being lowered into a storage space in the housing. A drive unit automatically implements a movement of the door along a movement path. The drive unit includes a motor and a cable pull device, which is coupled to the motor and the door such that the movement of the door is implemented as a function of a motorized actuation of the cable pull device.
Body-mounted hinge assembly component
An appliance includes a hinge assembly for coupling a door to a housing or body of the appliance. The hinge assembly can include a body-mounted component, such as a body-mounted hinge or a body-mounted receiver. The body-mounted component is secured to a vertical support of the appliance. A mating component of the body-mounted hinge or body-mounted receiver is attached to the door.
OVEN APPLIANCE HAVING A RESTRICTOR PLATE TO PREVENT CONTACT
An oven appliance may include a cabinet, a door, and a restrictor plate. The cabinet may include a top panel and a bottom panel. The cabinet may define a cooking chamber between the top panel and the bottom panel. The door may be mounted on the cabinet to selectively restrict access to the cooking chamber in a closed position. The restrictor plate may be mounted to the cabinet apart from the door below the bottom panel.
Oven, door assembly applied to the same, and method for controlling the oven
A display device is provided. The display device includes a transparent display panel; and an optical switching element arranged on the transparent display panel and configured to be switched into any of transmissive state, non-transmissive state, and reflective state, wherein the optical switching element includes a non-transmission layer formed to contact the transparent display panel and switched into transmissive state or non-transmissive state, and a reflection layer formed on one side of the non-transmission layer and switched into transmissive state or reflective state.
DUAL COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooking appliance is adapted to perform either as a single large fan-forced convection oven capable of cooking a larger food, or as two smaller independently-operable fan-forced convection ovens each capable of cooking smaller foods. Features of the cooking element arrangement provide faster, more efficient, and higher quality results regardless of the size and amount of food being cooked.
