PORTABLE THERMAL CONVECTION ROTISSERIE AND BARBEQUE APPARATUS FOR USE IN A VARIETY OF SETTINGS
A portable temperature regulated rotisserie and barbequing apparatus including a substantially cylindrically-shaped housing comprised of stainless steel and further including a set of carrying handles. The hollow cylindrically shaped housing includes a latching mechanism to releasably secure the planar drip pan at the second end and a centrifugal fan including a plurality of concave blades which increase the volume and air speed to the blades. The spit is releasably attached to the centrifugal fan and rests on the shaft anchor.
Rotisserie oven, method carried out by a control system of a rotisserie oven, and computer program
A rotisserie oven for a food product, such as poultry, has a casing defining an oven cavity, and has a rotor, rotatably connected to the casing, with a drive for driving the rotor, and a heater for heating the food product, and a control system for controlling the drive. The control system has a control unit, a touchscreen, and a contactless motion sensor which is configured to recognize a motion of an object or of an operator's body part in front of the contactless motion sensor. The control system is programmed to initiate an action based on the recognized motion.

SHAWARMA SPIT FOR GRILL OR SMOKER
A spit secures to a housing of a cooking tool and includes a first rod configured to engage an actuator and a second rod configured to support an item being cooked. A gearbox is configured to secure to the first rod and to the second rod such that rotation of the first rod is transmitted to the second rod with a first axis of rotation of the first rod being substantially perpendicular to a second axis of rotation of the second rod. In some embodiments, a plate is secured to a distal end of the second rod. The first rod engages a motor mounted to the housing. The first and/or second rod may have a non-circular cross section.
Oven cavity connector for operating power accessory trays for cooking appliance
A cooking appliance includes sidewalls and a rear wall defining a heating cavity. At least one heat source is in thermal communication with the heating cavity. An oven cavity connector is disposed within an interior surface of the heating cavity. The oven cavity connector is in communication with the heating cavity. A first tray sliding structure is disposed proximate opposing vertical sidewalls of the heating cavity. A second tray sliding structure is disposed proximate the opposing vertical sidewalls and is vertically offset relative to the first tray sliding structure. A powered accessory tray has a connecting plug, the powered accessory tray being alternatively and selectively engaged with one of the first and second sliding tray structures, and the connecting plug is in selective communication with oven cavity connector when the powered accessory tray is engaged with any one of the first and second tray sliding structures.
Automated Oven Appliance for Baking and Broiling Food
An improved automated oven appliance for baking or broiling food in a cooking chamber is disclosed. The appliance includes two heating elements, one or more food baskets, a baking pan, a temperature sensor, a cooking chamber, a user interface panel, a micro controller and two motors located within a metal cabinet. Food cooking methods stored in memory in a micro controller determines cooking chamber temperature and cooking intervals, as well as movement of one of the food baskets in the cooking chamber. Intervals of rotary motion of a food basket in the cooking chamber as part of a cooking method and ultimate shut down of the appliance after food is cooked is controlled by the memory of the micro controller.

AUTOMATIC SMOKELESS OVEN WITH FAR INFRARED HEATING
The disclosure provides an automatic smokeless oven with far infrared heating including a seat body, a rotating device, an air treatment device and a cooling device. The infrared heater is positioned above a first cavity and used for heating the first cavity so as to prevent grease, sauce and the like from contacting a heating source to generate oily smoke. The rotating device is arranged in a second cavity and used for driving the food to be baked to turn over, so as to realize an automatically turning over of the food. The air treatment device is arranged at the bottom of the first cavity and used for filtering the air in the first cavity to further reduce smoke emission. The cooling device is arranged at the bottom of the first cavity and communicated with the third cavity for driving the cooling water to flow through the third cavity.
Counter top cooking appliance
A countertop electric appliance optimally performs a variety of cooking modes with both radiant and convective heat sources as well as control means for controlling the timing and intensity of the heat sources. A driver turns food about either a horizontal or a vertical axis of rotation suitable for the specific food and recipe. A hinged door supports the food to be cooked so that in one location the food is caused to be turned by the drive means and in another location the food is loaded into or removed from the appliance, external of the cooking compartment, to be easily handled by the operator.
