Cooking grate for a gas burner cooktop
A cooking grate includes a peripheral frame defining a periphery of the cooking grate, a plurality of fingers extending from the peripheral frame toward a center of the cooking grate, and a slot formed in the peripheral frame, the slot forming a passageway through the peripheral frame from a lower portion to an upper portion thereof in the vertical direction.
FIREPLACE WITH A SUSPENDED HEARTH
The fireplace includes a hearth suspended on a support. The hearth is defined laterally by a peripheral wall that is equipped with at least one combustion air inlet. There is a discharge pipe for discharging the combustion gases, that includes a bottom portion secured to a top part of the hearth, and a top portion opposite the bottom portion. The fireplace also includes at least one combustible fluid burner that is arranged in the hearth opposite at least one air inlet and a combustible fluid supply column that extends between a first end connected to a combustible fluid source and a second end connected to at least one burner. The supply column passed down through the discharge pipe from its top portion to its bottom portion and opens in the hearth in order to convey the combustible fluid from the combustible fluid source to at least one burner.
Control method of stepwise and stepless linear adjustment of gas oven and its gas valve
A control method of stepwise and stepless linear adjustment of a gas oven includes step 1: obtaining the setting temperature of the gas oven; step 2: obtaining the temperature inside the gas oven; step 3: determining the low temperature threshold, high temperature threshold and preset flame level according to the setting temperature, wherein the high temperature threshold is greater than the low temperature threshold; step 4: ensuring the temperature inside the gas oven is between the low temperature threshold and the high temperature threshold; step 5: if it exceeds, determining the change trend of the temperature inside the gas oven; step 6: when the change trend of the temperature inside the gas oven rises or falls, adjusting the flame level of the gas oven to the preset flame level.
PORTABLE FIRE TABLE
A portable fire table is configured for use with a fuel tank. The portable fire table includes a base assembly, an upper assembly, and a lid. The base assembly includes a seat for a fuel tank. In some embodiments, the upper assembly includes an outer wall configured to surround the fuel tank and extending from a lower end of the upper assembly to an upper end of the upper assembly, a burner towards the upper end of the upper assembly, and a burner tray having a support surface extending beneath the burner and an upper rim. The lid is configured to be removably secured to the upper ridge of the burner tray.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TESTING AN OPERATION OF A GAS HOUSEHOLD COOKING APPLIANCE
A system and method are provided for performing a test operation of a gas household cooking appliance having an oven cavity and a gas burner within the oven cavity. The system and method include an infrared thermocouple configured to be portably and temporarily positioned within the oven cavity and configured to produce an output signal in response to a change in temperature within the oven cavity to confirm that the gas burner has ignited. A control unit is configured to execute the test operation only upon receipt of the output signal from the infrared thermocouple within a predetermined amount of time following an initiation of a gas flow to the gas burner.
Gas valve for a cooktop appliance
A gas valve for a cooking appliance is provided and includes a valve housing defining a valve chamber therein. A plug is disposed within the valve chamber. A valve stem interacts with the plug such that rotation of the valve stem correspondingly rotates the plug to selectively permit a flow of gas through the gas valve. The valve stem is axially translatable between a locked position wherein rotation thereof is inhibited and an unlocked position wherein rotation thereof is permitted. A first spring exerts a compressive force against the valve stem, toward the plug, to bias the valve stem into the locked position. A second spring exerts a compressive force against the plug in order to seat the plug within the valve chamber regardless whether the valve stem is in the locked or the unlocked position.
Modular linear fireplace system, assemblies and methods
A linear fireplace system, assemblies, modular units, and related methods that can be installed in a modular fashion at a selected installation location so as to avoid drawbacks experienced in the prior art. The system can include modular linear units, corner units, and/or end units interconnectable to form a modular linear fireplace assembly. The system can include an alignment track system with a track member that receives alignment rails on the bottom of the modular units to axially align the interconnected units. The system can include a combustion air flow passage within the fireplace that maintains a relatively low exterior temperature of the assembly and that allows combustible and non-combustible building materials to be installed against or immediately adjacent to the top and base portions of the modular units of the assembly.
COOKTOP APPLIANCE WITH HERMETICALLY SEALED TEMPERATURE SENSOR
A cooktop appliance includes a top panel with a gas burner disposed on the top panel. The cooktop appliance also includes a grate with a plurality of fingers. The grate is removably positioned above the gas burner. The plurality of fingers includes a sensor finger. The cooktop appliance also includes a hermetically sealed temperature sensor mounted to the sensor finger of the plurality of fingers of the grate. The hermetically sealed temperature sensor includes a base, a sheath extending from the base to a rounded tip, and a contact pad in the base.
Parasol Heater
A parasol heater having a housing with a fuel connection adapted to be coupled to a gas fuel supply is described. The heater includes a pole extending upwardly from the housing and adapted to support a gas burner arrangement, the burner arrangement being provided below a parasol adapted to deflect heat generated by the burner downwardly about the pole, the parasol being rotatable relative to a longitudinal axis of the pole.
