The base body has a base portion, a partitioning portion, a connecting pipe portion, a heat-exchanger-holding structure portion, and a water receiving portion. The cover body is a structure in which a front wall portion and a three-side peripheral wall portion are formed integrally with each other, and a part in which the peripheral wall portion is not formed is an inlet for external air.
AIR CONDITIONER
An air conditioner is disclosed. The air conditioner comprises: a compressor for compressing a refrigerant; a discharge pipe for guiding the refrigerant discharged from the compressor; an accumulator for storing the refrigerant flowing into the compressor from an outdoor heat exchanger or an indoor heat exchanger; a suction pipe for guiding the refrigerant discharged from the accumulator to the compressor; a subcooler disposed in a pipe between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger so as to secure a degree of subcooling of the refrigerant; an injection pipe for guiding a refrigerant superheated in the subcooler to the compressor; and a fixing member provided for fixing the discharge pipe, the suction pipe, and the injection pipe together.
Outdoor unit for air-conditioning apparatus
An outdoor unit for an air-conditioning apparatus according to the present disclosure includes a heat exchanger comprised of an upper heat exchanger and a lower heat exchanger that are arranged in an up-down direction, an accumulator configured to store refrigerant, a casing, an inside of which is partitioned by a partition plate into an air-sending chamber accommodating the heat exchanger and a machine chamber accommodating the accumulator, and a fixing component configured to be fixed to the heat exchanger and the accumulator so that the accumulator is fixed to the heat exchanger, wherein the fixing component is fixed to both of the upper heat exchanger and the lower heat exchanger.
DAMPER FOR A COMPRESSOR OF AN AIR CONDITIONING APPLIANCE
An air conditioner unit includes a cabinet including a base pan that defines at least one alignment feature and a compressor mounted to the base pan using mechanical fasteners that pass through mounting feet and into mounting bosses defined on the base pan. A damper is positioned between the compressor and the base pan and includes a lower pad seated on the base pan, an upper pad extending from the lower pad along the vertical direction and contacting a bottom surface of the compressor, and at least one stopping feature defined on the lower pad or the upper pad, the at least one stopping feature engaging the at least one alignment feature to prevent rotation of the damper.
System and method for generating white noise using a packaged terminal air conditioner unit
A packaged terminal air conditioner unit (PTAC) includes a bulkhead that defines an indoor portion and an outdoor portion. An outdoor fan is positioned within the outdoor portion and a controller is communicatively coupled with the outdoor fan for receiving a command to generate white noise and operating the outdoor fan to create the white noise at a desired decibel level to block out ambient sounds. A user may regulate the outdoor fan speed when the PTAC is not heating or cooling by setting a desired decibel level, e.g., using a control panel of the PTAC.
