PREVENTION OF CONTAMINATION OF SUBSTRATES DURING PRESSURE CHANGES IN PROCESSING SYSTEMS
Disclosed are implementations for minimizing substrate contamination during pressure changes in substrate processing systems. Over a duration of a pressure change (increase or decrease) in a chamber of a substrate processing system, a flow rate is adjusted multiple times to reduce occurrence of contaminant particles in an environment of the chamber. In some instances, the flow rate is changed continuously using at least one dynamic valve that enable continuous control over the pressure dynamics of the chamber.

Combining air cleaning methods for improved anti-contaminant efficacy and air cleaning arrays
Methods and systems described perform air cleaning and/or sanitization in a heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and/or refrigeration (HVACR) system by detecting a concentration of airborne contaminants in a space serviced by the HVACR system. The detected concentration of airborne contaminants is determined whether it exceeds a threshold relative to a capacity of a first air cleaner. When the detected concentration of airborne contaminants exceeds the threshold, a second air cleaner is selected and enabled to be activated in the space. When the detected concentration of airborne contaminants does not exceed the threshold, the first air cleaner is selected and enabled to be activated in the space. The first air cleaner has a cleaning material different from the second air cleaner, and the first air cleaner, relative to the second air cleaner, treats the space at a lower concentration of airborne contaminants. The second air cleaner includes specifically designed cleaner modules.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system includes a use side device of an air conditioner; a terminal; and a management server, wherein the terminal transmits first information for identifying the use side device installed in a predetermined property to the management server, and wherein the management server stores second information as information on a use side device to be installed in the predetermined property, and based on the first information and the second information received from the terminal, the management server determines whether the use side device installed in the predetermined property matches the use side device to be installed in the predetermined property.

Damper test switch fail-safe actuator
A firestat for providing an output for controlling an opening and closing of a fire/smoke damper. The firestat includes a fire/smoke damper test switch and an actuator configured to depress the fire/smoke damper test switch. The firestat is further configured to release the fire/smoke damper test switch in response to a depressing force applied to the actuator, wherein melting or other damage to the actuator causes a release of the test switch.

Methods, controllers, and machine-readable storage media for automated commissioning of equipment
Tools and techniques are described to automate commissioning of physical spaces. Controllers have access to databases of the devices that are controlled by them, including wiring diagrams and protocols, such that the controller can automatically check that each wire responds correctly to stimulus from the controller. Controllers also have access to databases of the physical space such that they can check that sensors in the space record the correct information for device activity, and sensors can cross-check each other for consistency. Once a physical space is commissioned, incentives can be sought based on commissioning results.

HVAC system including smart diagnostic capabilities
A system for remote diagnostic analysis of a heating, ventilation and air condition (HVAC) system is provided. The system includes a thermostat in operable communication with at least one peripheral component of the HVAC system and configured to receive information relating to the at least one peripheral component, and a server in operable communication with the thermostat for receiving and analyzing the information. The server causes the at least one peripheral component to conduct a diagnostic test and analyzes the test result to perform a root cause analysis of a system malfunction.
