Air Purifier
The present application discloses an air purifier, including: a first body including a first housing; and a second body detachably connected to the first body and including a second housing, where buckles are arranged on the first housing, and snap-fit members are arranged on the second housing; the number of the buckles is greater than the number of the snap-fit members; and the first body in butt joint is enabled to rotate relative to the second body, so that the buckles can be hooked with the snap-fit members or separated from the snap-fit members. In the air purifier, a larger number of buckles are hooked with a smaller number of snap-fit members, so that disassembly and assembly operations can be simplified. Because the first body and the second body are detachable, the second body can be operated independently when the filter screen is detached.
Intelligent context-based control of air flow
A computer system provides intelligent context-based control of air flow. An identity of a user and a location of the user within an area that includes one or more vents associated with a climate control system are identified. User preferences are determined based on the identity of the user. Characteristics of air flow in the area are adjusted based on the user preferences the user and the location of the user, wherein the characteristics of the air flow comprise one or more from a group of: a direction, and a flow rate. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and program product for providing intelligent context-based control of air flow in substantially the same manner described above.

Air conditioner and method for air volume balancing
An air conditioner at least including a controller, a first fan unit, and a second fan unit arranged parallel to the first fan unit is disclosed. The controller performs a parallel operating control procedure, including a first control mode and a second control mode, to the first fan unit and the second fan unit respectively. When operating under the first control mode, the controller adjusts the rotating speed of one of the first fan unit and the second fan unit based on a first standard air volume, so the two fan units output the air volume equal to or approximate to the first standard air volume. When operating under the second control mode, the controller controls the rotating speed of both the first and second fan units according to a second standard air volume, so the two fan units output the same air volume.

Model predictive control-based building climate controller incorporating humidity
Systems and methods are configured to control operation of an HVAC system providing climate control for a zone of a structure. In various embodiments, a constrained optimization problem is performed to set control commands for controlling operation of the HVAC system to achieve one or more objectives while providing a supply air flow at an air temperature and a humidity ratio for the zone at a future time. For instance, the optimization problem may include a cost function having constraints based on a desired temperature setpoint and a humidity ratio for the zone. A value is set for each control command based on the performance of the constrained optimization problem to achieve at least one of the objectives and as a result, the supply air flow at the air temperature and humidity ratio is provided by the HVAC system at the future time to the zone based on the values.
