The present invention relates to a valve assembly (1) for an air duct for ventilation of a building, comprising a valve (10; 100), a housing (40), and an electrical body (20) provided within said housing. The valve (10, 100) comprises adjustment means to adjust the position of flow regulating means (113, 126) of the valve (10; 100), wherein the position of the flow regulating means (113, 126) is configured to adjust the size of a gap (50) between the valve (10; 100) and the outer circumference at the distal end of the electrical body (20), regulating a flow or pressure of air flowing through the valve (10; 100), wherein the size of the gap (50) is measured perpendicular to the outer circumference as the smallest distance from the distal end of the electrical body (20) to the flow regulating means (113, 126) of the valve (10; 100).

Air diffuser with manual and motorized plates
A mechanism for opening and closing a damper valve of a diffuser mechanism is provided. Embodiments of the invention include a damper construction that selectively alters the amount of air flow through a diffuser grille using a three-plate damper valve. The three-plate damper valve includes a manual plate, a fixed plate, and a motorized plate. The manual plate is manually rotatable around a central axis, while the motorized plate is mechanically rotatable about the same axis. The motorized plate is mechanically and/or remotely controlled using a stepper motor coupled to the motorized plate. Further, the diffuser mechanism includes a sensor for determining the location of the motorized plate with respect to a starting position. As such, multiple configurations of the manual plate and the motorized plate may be used to alter the air flow through the resulting channels of the damper mechanism.

A glass integrated fan assembly for enabling a closed sliding door to ventilate a structure includes a door module or window module, which comprises a frame and a glass pane. The glass pane is engaged to the frame. The frame is positionable in an opening in a structure and can engage the structure so that the glass pane closes the opening. The glass pane has an aperture positioned therein. A fan unit is positioned in the aperture and is engaged to the glass pane. The fan unit can be used to ventilate an interior space of the structure. A panel is slidably engaged to the glass pane. The panel is selectively slidable from an open configuration, wherein the panel is positioned adjacent to the aperture, to a closed configuration, wherein the panel closes the aperture.

A glass integrated fan assembly for enabling a closed sliding door to ventilate a structure includes a door module or window module, which comprises a frame and a glass pane. The glass pane is engaged to the frame. The frame is positionable in an opening in a structure and can engage the structure so that the glass pane closes the opening. The glass pane has an aperture positioned therein. A fan unit is positioned in the aperture and is engaged to the glass pane. The fan unit can be used to ventilate an interior space of the structure. A panel is slidably engaged to the glass pane. The panel is selectively slidable from an open configuration, wherein the panel is positioned adjacent to the aperture, to a closed configuration, wherein the panel closes the aperture.
