Dynamic temperature control for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system
A device is configured to operate a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The device is further configured to receive a temperature value and determine a load demand value based on the temperature value. The device is further configured to determine the load demand value is greater than the load capacity value for the HVAC system and, in response, identify a first setting from among a first plurality of settings for the HVAC system. By default, access to the first plurality of setting for the HVAC system is restricted for a user. The device is further configured to receive a response approving permission to operate the HVAC system using the first setting to the user and send a trigger signal to an HVAC controller to operate the one or more components of the HVAC system using the first setting.
Air compressor
A position information antenna 22b receives a position signal including position information about a sending source (satellite, base station, or the like) of a positioning radio wave. A communication antenna 22a transmits position information about a compressor 100 (air compressor) that compresses the air and receives meteorological information corresponding to the position of the compressor 100 from a server on a cloud. A controller 13 specifies the position of the compressor 100 from the position signal received by the position information antenna 22b and controls the compressor 100 on the basis of the meteorological information corresponding to the position of the compressor 100 received by the communication antenna 22a.

Wireless automatic temperature control of radiator heating
An insulated heating-unit cover having an opening to permit air to circulate around the heating-source when a vent disposed at the top of the cover is opened, allowing heat into a space. The cover can include a heating-unit temperature sensor disposed within a space covered by the cover and a controller in wireless communication with a space temperature sensor located at a distance away from the heating-unit. The controller can be configured to operate an actuator such that the vent is open when the space temperature sensor indicates that the ambient temperature is below a set point temperature and such that the vent is closed when the ambient temperature is greater than the set point temperature. The controller can communicate with a plurality of other similar controllers and a central server to effect changes in the output of a central heating source coupled to a plurality of individual heating-units.
Systems and methods for energy savings in buildings
The disclosure includes a method comprising determining that solar heat gain exists in trapped air between a window shade and a window and opening a controllable damper to exhaust the trapped air. The method may also include obtaining occupancy data about an occupant based on at least one of a home automation system or a security system. The method may also include forecasting, using a sky camera and historical sky conditions, sky conditions associated with a building; and determining, based on the forecasted sky conditions, a setting for at least one of a lighting system or an HVAC system associated with the building. The method may also include changing a timing of an automation routine for adjusting window shades to minimize an impact on peak demand energy usage.
Energy control system, method and device, and electronic equipment
Disclosed in the present disclosure are an energy control system, method and device, and electronic equipment. The energy control system includes a controlled system, an energy control device and a weather server. The controlled system includes power generation equipment, energy storage equipment and air conditioning equipment. The power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the air conditioning equipment are connected in parallel by means of a direct-current bus. The air conditioning equipment is also connected to an alternating-current power grid; and the energy control device is in communication connection with the controlled system and the weather server respectively, and is used to acquire weather forecast information in a preset future time period from the weather server and send an optimal energy flow configuration in the preset future time period to the controlled system.
COMFORT ADJUSTMENT METHOD AND RELATED APPARATUS
This application discloses a comfort adjustment method and a related apparatus. The method includes: obtaining environment information and user information that correspond to a first space, where the first space is a non-open space; determining, based on the environment information, the user information, and a thermal comfort representation indicator, a control indicator of at least one device corresponding to the first space; and controlling the at least one device based on the control indicator of the at least one device.
Remote device control and energy monitoring by analyzing and applying rules
Techniques are described for providing remote device (e.g., thermostat, lighting, appliance, etc.) control and/or energy monitoring. A system monitors sensor data captured by one or more sensors that sense attributes relevant to user presence at one or more monitored properties and status of one or more energy consuming devices associated with the one or more monitored properties. The system analyzes the monitored sensor data and the monitored device status with respect to a set of one or more rules and performs an operation related to controlling the one or more energy consuming devices based on the analysis of the monitored sensor data and the monitored device status with respect to the set of one or more rules.
