A MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF A GRILLE
A mounting structure of a grille for mounting the grille onto a device comprises a fixing member having a fixing aperture for receiving a fastening means and a guiding member extending away from the fixing member for inserting into an opening on the device so that the grille is placed in a pre-determined position and the fixing aperture is aligned with a corresponding fastening means receiving slot on the device to facilitate the fastening of the grille onto the device. The fixing member and the guiding member are integrally formed as a single piece on the grille.
OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS

The conduit plate includes: a terminal block cover to be attached to the housing to cover the terminal block, and having an opening portion formed at a lower portion of the terminal block cover; an outer casing cover to be attached to the terminal block cover to cover the opening portion of the terminal block cover, and having an opening portion at a side of the outer casing cover; and a cable connection cover to be attached to the side of the outer casing cover, and having attachment holes for connection of a conduit cable to be connected to the terminal block.
Electric control box assembly and air conditioner
An electric control box assembly includes an outer box body, an inner box body provided in the outer box body and including an insulating member, an electric control board provided in the inner box body, and a component provided in the outer box body and located outside the inner box body. The component is connected with the inner box body.
INDOOR AIR QUALITY MONITOR
Apparatus and associated methods relate to monitoring air quality. At least one of temperature, humidity, and particulate concentrations is measured by an indoor air quality monitor, which may be disposed in a spot location. Air from that spot location is drawn into the housing of the indoor air quality monitor via a fan assembly. The air drawn into the housing is directed passed at least one of a temperature sensor, a humidity sensors, and a particulate detector. The air is then expelled back outside the housing through an outlet in a non-planar upper surface of the housing. A processor generates the indoor air quality summary based on the measured temperature, humidity, and particulate concentration.
AIR CLEANER
An air cleaner is provided that may include a case including a first suction inlet, the case having a cylindrical or cone shape; a fan housing provided inside of the case, the fan housing accommodating a fan therein; a filter provided at a suction side of the fan, the filter filtering foreign materials in air which is suctioned through the first suction inlet; and a housing suction flow path formed between an outer surface of the fan housing and an inner surface of the case, the housing suction flow path allowing air which is suctioned through the first suction inlet to flow toward and through the filter. The housing suction flow path may include a first flow path inlet having a predetermined first width, and a second flow path inlet through which air having passed through the first flow path inlet flows, the second flow path inlet having a second width greater than the first width.
Ruggedized environmental control unit
The present disclosure is directed to implementation of an environmental control unit using rotomolded techniques to fabricate the structures of the unit instead of the standard conventional sheet metal, extruded, forged, and punched parts. Such implementations will provide a lighter weight and more durable mechanical configuration that will also simplify inspection, simplify assembly/disassembly, and reduce fabrication costs. Implementations incorporate rotationally-molded interlocking structures to contain and attach the critical items of the ECU's mechanical components including the compressor, and the indoor and outdoor coils, as well as the fan and blower motor assembly. In one implementation, the rotomolded structure is strengthened and insulated (thermally and acoustically) by filling the interior void of the rotationally molded structure with a closed-cell foam.
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOCONDENSING UNIT
Described is a support assembly (1) for a motocondensing unit (M), comprising an electronic unit (Me) and a mechanical unit (Mm). In particular, the support assembly (1) according to the invention comprises: —a first base (10), configured to support the electronic unit (Me) of the motocondensing unit (M), and having a first coupling side part (102); —a second base (20), configured to support the mechanical unit (Mm) of the motocondensing unit (M), and having a second coupling side part (202); wherein said first coupling side part (102) and said second coupling part (202) are configured to be coupled to each other in such a way that, following the coupling of said first coupling part (102) and of said second coupling part (202), the first base (10) and the second base (20) form a monolithic body.
AIR CONDITIONER
An air conditioner including a sensor kit. The air conditioner includes: a cabinet including a first side having a first through hole and a second side having a second through hole; a pipe formed to pass through the first through hole; a sensor kit provided on the second side; and a controller to be electrically connected to the sensor kit, wherein the sensor kit includes: a sensor configured to sense a pollution level of outside air; and a cover formed to cover the second through hole on the second side, and fixing the sensor.
Air grille for an HVAC system with a collapsible filter holder
The present disclosure envisages an air grille. The air grille comprises a front face and a duct face end. The duct face end is in the opposite of the front face. A plurality of flaps are configured on the duct face end, wherein the flaps are capable of collapsing. During shipping the flaps are collapsed whereas before installation the flaps are uncollapsed to facilitate containment of an air filter. The air grille has first thickness when the flaps are collapsed and second thickness when the flaps are uncollapsed, wherein the first thickness is less than the second thickness.
HVAC system with volume modulating valve
An HVAC system is described having components of a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) outdoor compressor unit connected to an indoor fan coil unit. The indoor fan coil unit supplies air to ducts that condition a plurality of zones. Each zone has a volume modulating air damper that can maintain a predetermined volume of air flowing through it. As the dampers for some zones vary between open and close positions, the air pressure in the ducts changes. The volume modulating dampers compensate for these pressure changes, ensuring that only the predetermine volume of air is passing into the zones. By regulating the volume of into each zone, the volume modulating air dampers can restrict the air volume through the fan coil causing the outdoor unit to reduce compressor speed, thereby saving energy.
