NURSERY BASED DEVICES WITH CONNECTIVITY TO IOT ECOSYSTEM
The present disclosure presents infant soothing devices which provide timed, color, and intensity controlled light and sound projections to assist in sleep therapy. The devices may be part of a smart nursery which has a number of electronically connected devices which communicate with a central electronic application to gather information and provide operation instructions to the devices. The smart nursery may be connected to a larger network to provide feedback and controllability outside of the nursery.
MOVEABLE IONIZATION UNIT FOR CLEANING AIR IN A ROOM
An Ionization unit (7) for cleaning air in a room (1) with a ceiling (3) and a floor (5), comprising an ionizer (19) configured to electrically charge particles in the air; and a support unit (13) configured to enable the ionization unit (7) to be positioned at a distance of at least 50 centimeters above the floor (5) of the room (1), wherein the support unit (13) allows the ionization unit (7) to travel within the room (1) while being distanced from the floor (5).
INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ) ANALYSIS SYSTEM
A building system can connect to temporary air quality sensors installed throughout spaces of the building for a period of time. The building system can receive air quality measurements of the temporary air quality sensors over the period of time and disconnect from the temporary air quality sensors at an end of the period of time, wherein the temporary air quality sensors are uninstalled at the end of the period of time. The building system can generate a control strategy based on the air quality measurements, the control strategy for controlling equipment of the building to improve air quality of the building and cause a building management system to implement the control strategy to control the equipment of the building to improve the air quality of the building.
Air purifier and control method therefor
An air cleaner includes: a housing including an inlet and an outlet for air; an air blower configured to blow air introduced through the inlet to the outlet; a panel configured to face the outlet and including holes; a driver configured to move the panel with respect to the housing; and a controller configured to control the driver to move the panel to open or close a channel between the outlet and the panel and adjust an air volume discharged through the holes of the panel. Thus, the air cleaner prevents a cold draft phenomenon.
System and Method for Commercial and Residential Systems Monitoring and Notification
A monitoring system for apparatus and systems in commercial and residential properties is provided. The monitoring system consists of a head unit and a tail unit, each of which has one or more sensors that measure performance parameters that are important to understanding the performance of the apparatus and system being monitored. As an example, an HVAC system may be monitored to determine when an air filter needs to be changed, or to predict when failure of the HVAC system may be imminent. The sensor array in the head unit and tail unit measure performance and report alerts and historical system performance to users through a mobile app, social media accounts, or any other system for communicating over a wired or wireless network connection.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR AIR POLLUTION PREVENTION
An air conditioner for air pollution prevention includes a main body, a blower, a filtering and cleaning assembly, and a gas detection module. The blower is disposed in the main body to guide air convection and generate a flow-guiding path. The filtering and cleaning assembly is disposed in the flow-guiding path to filter and clean the air pollution source in the air guided by the blower. The gas detection module is disposed in the flow-guiding path of the main body to detect the air pollution source and transmit a gas detection data.
AIR PURIFIER FOR PREVENTING AIR POLLUTION
An air purifier for preventing air pollution is disclosed and includes a main body, a gas guider, a filtration and purification component and at least one gas detection module. The main body is configured to form a diversion path. The gas guider is disposed in the diversion path for guiding an air convection. The filtration and purification component is disposed in the diversion path for filtering and purifying an air pollution source contained in the air convection guided by the gas guider. The at least one gas detection module is disposed in the diversion path for detecting the air pollution source and transmitting a gas detection datum.
INDOOR AIR QUALITY MONITOR
Apparatus and associated methods relate to monitoring air quality. At least one of temperature, humidity, and particulate concentrations is measured by an indoor air quality monitor, which may be disposed in a spot location. Air from that spot location is drawn into the housing of the indoor air quality monitor via a fan assembly. The air drawn into the housing is directed passed at least one of a temperature sensor, a humidity sensors, and a particulate detector. The air is then expelled back outside the housing through an outlet in a non-planar upper surface of the housing. A processor generates the indoor air quality summary based on the measured temperature, humidity, and particulate concentration.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AIR SANITIZATION
A system and method for controlling air quality within an indoor space are disclosed. An example system includes an air circulation unit that moves air through ductwork of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system and an air sanitization unit within the ductwork of the HVAC system that sanitizes air passing through the ductwork of the HVAC system. The system further includes an indoor air quality controller that controls a rate at which the air circulation unit moves the air through the ductwork of the HVAC system responsive to inputs received at the indoor air quality controller and controls an operational status of the air sanitization unit responsive to the inputs received at the indoor air quality controller.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING AND DETECTING PATHOGENS
A method of identifying a location of pathogens in a structure including monitoring air within the structure for pathogens to set a baseline level, detecting a rise in pathogen density with respect to the baseline level, at least partially closing at least a first zone of the system, monitoring air from a second zone for a change in relative pathogen density to the previously detected pathogen density, and toggling the first zone and the second zone based on the change in relative pathogen density.
