HUMIDIYING UNIT
A humidifying unit humidifies a target space, and includes an adsorption member haying moisture adsorption and release areas, a heater that heats the moisture release area, fans to generate an air flow, a housing, an electric component including a heat generating component, and a cooler to air-cool the heat generating component. The housing accommodates the adsorption member, the heater, and the fans. The housing has a humidifying air path through which air taken from outside the housing by the fans is discharged outside the housing via the adsorption member, and a cooling air path in which the to cooler is disposed and air taken from outside the housing by the fans is joined with the humidifying air path. A route of air passing through the humidifying air path from the cooling air path and being discharged outside the housing does not pass through the moisture adsorption area of the adsorption member.
Dehumidifying Apparatus With Dual Dehumidifying Rotor
A dehumidifying apparatus with dual dehumidifying rotor includes an air supply fan for introducing outside air; a first cooler for cooling the air being introduced through the air supply fan; a first dehumidifying rotor where a dehumidifying area and a regeneration area are formed in a circumferential direction; a second dehumidifying rotor where a dehumidifying area, a purge area and a regeneration area are formed in a circumferential direction; a heater disposed between the second dehumidifying rotor and a dry room that heats air passing each dehumidifying area of the first dehumidifying rotor and the second dehumidifying rotor and being supplied to the dry room; a first regeneration heater that heats air passing the purge area of the second dehumidifying rotor and being returned to the regeneration area; and an exhaust fan that discharges air that passed each regeneration area of the first and second dehumidifying rotors to outside.
DEHUMIDIFYING DEVICE FOR DEW POINT TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
There is provided a dehumidifying device for dew point temperature adjustment that adjusts a dew point temperature of air to a temperature of about −20° C. or lower, the device including an adjusting unit that adjusts a dew point temperature by adjusting at least one driving operation that is selected from a rotational frequency of a supply fan for supplying air into the dehumidifying device for dew point temperature adjustment, a rotating speed of a dehumidifying rotor, an opening degree of a blow-out air volume adjustment damper, a rotational frequency of an exhaust fan for exhausting air, and an opening degree of an exhaust air volume adjustment damper.
Dehumidification air conditioning apparatus
Outside air is cooled and dehumidified by a pre-cooler to pass through an adsorption zone of a carbon dioxide adsorbing rotor, producing air having a low carbon dioxide concentration which is cooled by an intercooler. The air that has passed through the intercooler is passed through an adsorption zone of a moisture adsorption rotor and then supplied to a low humidity working chamber. Return air from the low humidity working chamber may be mixed with the air leaving the pre-cooler. A part of the air which passed through the intercooler is branched to pass through a purge zone of the moisture adsorption rotor before being sent to a regeneration zone of the humidity adsorption rotor. Air that passed through the regeneration zone of the humidity adsorption rotor is mixed with outside air and then passed through a regeneration zone of the carbon dioxide adsorption rotor before being exhausted.
