A drain cleaner apparatus for dispensing a cleaning composition into a condensate drain line of an air handler of an air conditioning system. The drain cleaner apparatus includes an apparatus reservoir configured to hold the cleaning composition, a connector interface configured to couple with the condensate drain line to cause an apparatus outlet of the drain cleaner apparatus to be in fluid communication with an opening of the condensate drain line, a dispenser device that is configured to be actuated to selectively dispense an amount of the cleaning composition from the apparatus reservoir and through the apparatus outlet, and a controller configured to actuate the dispenser device to cause the amount of the cleaning composition to be dispensed through the apparatus outlet without manual intervention.

The HVAC exterior cleaning pipework is a system attachable to a HVAC unit, such that the PVC pipework can clean the exterior of the unit by means of strategically placed sprayer valves. The pipework is extendable, such that it can expand or retract to meet the exact dimensions of the specific HVAC unit whereon it should be attached. The pipework may be connected directly to a hose with sufficiently pressurized water, or the integrated pump may assist in the flow of water. The spray heads and the pump have removable components whereby they can be cleaned separately when needed.

An apparatus is disclosed that is designed to be able to clean HVAC condensers. The apparatus comprises a plurality of pipes that facilitates the passage of water through them allowing water and/or a cleaning solution to clean the condenser by spraying the condenser with sprayers without having to move the apparatus. The apparatus is designed so as to be able to spray every part of the condenser without having to move the apparatus. The apparatus may also have a timer associated with it that allows the condenser to be cleaned at periodic intervals.

A foot operated pump includes a water and airtight flexible and collapsible wall between a top plate and a base plate and an interior variable volume chamber. A flexible hose is selectively attachable to either an inlet port or an outlet port on the top plate member. The contents (air and/or liquid) within the variable volume chamber are forced out of the outlet port upon forced downward movement of the top plate member towards the base plate member. As the top plate member returns to a normally relaxed state in separated, angled relation to the base plate, the variable volume chamber enlarges and air is sucked through the inlet port to fill the variable volume chamber. An opposite end of the flexible hose attaches to various adapters and fittings for clearing clogged drain lines and other conduits.

A device for sanitizing a unit of an air conditioning system having a source of sanitizing fluid, means for the controlled delivery of a jet of sanitizing fluid, suctioning means to generate suction flow is provided. The device has suction opening shaped to direct the suction flow towards a determined direction with respect to the direction of the jet of sanitizing fluid. The suction opening is smaller than the unit of the air conditioning to be sanitized in order to be alternately moved from a first portion of the unit towards a second portion of the same unit.

A method and system of activating a fan for an air conditioning system is disclosed. Upon the sensing of rain in the proximity of the air conditioning system, such as a condenser, a fan is activated. The fan is configured to drive air and rain through the condenser. The fan can be configured to operate periodically or for a pre-set amount of time while rain is being sensed.

An air conditioning system sufficiently cleans an indoor heat exchanger by using moisture in indoor air even when a room is dry before operation. An air conditioning system includes an air conditioner having an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, a humidifier, and a controller. The indoor unit has an indoor heat exchanger and exchanges heat of the indoor air by passing the indoor air through the indoor heat exchanger. The humidifier supplies moisture to the room to increase a humidity in the room. The controller controls the indoor unit and the humidifier. In the cleaning mode, the controller controls the humidifier to raise the humidity in the room, and then controls the indoor unit to perform a cleaning motion of cleaning a surface of the indoor heat exchanger by generating dew condensation water on the surface of the indoor heat exchanger.

An improved cleaning device for an air conditioning condensing unit having a housing with a sprayer cleaning device therein which includes a rotatably disposed spray nozzle connected to a spray nozzle conduit which operably communicably connects to a hose coupling connection outside the housing, wherein the spray nozzle conduit rotates about a rotational axis. A method of cleaning the air conditioning condensing unit employs the sprayer cleaning device.

The present invention relates to a ventilator, aiming easier cleanup even in the position mounted on the ceiling or wall. According to the present invention, a ventilator may comprise an outer casing having a mounting space in an inside thereof, an inner casing mounted in the mounting space of the outer casing, a blowing fan received in an inner space of the inner casing, and a motor rotating the blowing fan, wherein a wave-shaped flow path is formed on each inner wall surface of the inner casing.
