A humidifier has a base and a housing. The housing has a steam exhaust vent and a vaporizer. The vaporizer includes a heating element surrounded by a removable porous sleeve that protrudes downwardly into water within a reservoir of the base. The sleeve wicks the water including its minerals and impurities into contact with the heating element wherein energization of the heating element causes the wicked water to convert to steam that rises through the exhaust vent and from the housing during a humidification mode.

Air conditioner

An air conditioner according to the present invention includes: an air flow path through which air flows; a temperature control unit that controls a temperature of air in the air flow path; a humidifier capable of supplying vapor to the air flow path; a blower that has a suction port connected to a downstream opening of the air flow path, and a discharge port from which air sucked from the suction port is discharged; a chamber that has a communication port connected to the discharge port, and a plurality of duct connection ports configured to be connectable to ducts so as to let out air coming from the discharge port through the ducts; and a baffle plate part 8 disposed in the chamber, the baffle plate part overlapping at least partly with the discharge port when seen along a flow direction of air passing through the discharge port.

Vertical humidifier with stepped evaporator

A vertical humidifier with a stepped evaporator includes a housing. An evaporative water trough is provided inside the housing, and the stepped evaporator is provided in the evaporative water trough. A fan is mounted under the stepped evaporator, and an air inlet end of the fan is communicated with an air inlet of the housing. A water tank is further mounted at the upper portion of the evaporative water trough, the stepped evaporator is mounted around the lower portion of the water tank, and the water tank is further communicated with the evaporative water trough through a water inlet. An air outlet is provided at the upper portion of the housing, and the air outlet is communicated with an air outlet end of the fan. The stepped evaporator is arranged in an airflow channel between the air outlet and the air outlet end of the fan.

INDOOR UNIT FOR AN AIR CONDITIONER

An indoor unit for an air conditioner in which the water level of a steam generator is linked with the water level of a supply chamber for supplying water to the steam generator, and a supply floater, which is lowered or raised according to the water level of the supply chamber, opens and closes a supply flow channel for supplying water to the supply chamber. The indoor unit for an air conditioner can control the water supply through the level of water stored in the steam generator.
