LAMINAR FLOW DIFFUSER WITH INTEGRATED LIGHTING
A laminar flow diffuser with integrated lighting has a frame for supporting an air plenum and a lower housing. The air plenum receives conditioned air from a source of conditioned. The lower housing is attached to the bottom of the plenum. An aperture plate damper installed below the top plenum regulates the flow of air from the plenum through the laminar flow diffuser. A clear or translucent engineered, fire rated polymer perforated diffuser face forms the outlet from the lower housing to the room below. LED strips are positioned around the inside periphery of the lower housing. A light guide is installed adjacent the LED lighting strips to spread the light across the area of the perforated diffuser face.

The method, system, apparatus, and/or device may include a barrier system configured to surround the RTU. The barrier system may include a structure to provide a frame for the barrier system, a first barrier configured to connect to a first side of the structure, and a collector configured to connect to a second side of the structure. The method, system, apparatus, and/or device may include a duct configured to connect between the collector and a chamber. The method, system, apparatus, and/or device may include a chamber configured to connect to an air intake hood of the RTU. The chamber may include a first opening to receive air stored in the cavity, a second opening to receive external air, and a diverter configured to switch between a first position and a second position.

An exhaust fan unit of a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes an outer fluid path of a nozzle assembly of the exhaust fan unit defined by and between an outer wall of the nozzle assembly and an inner wall of the nozzle assembly, an inner fluid path of the nozzle assembly defined by and radially inward from the inner wall, and a plurality of entrainment ports extending from the outer wall to the inner wall and configured to enable environmental air to pass to the inner fluid path, where each entrainment port includes a bottom surface that tapers downwardly from the inner wall to the outer wall.

External-air conditioning apparatus and ventilation system
An external-air conditioning apparatus and a ventilation system are provided, the external-air conditioning apparatus includes a fin tube type heat exchanger and a housing that stores this heat exchanger. The housing includes a base body that serves as a back side of the apparatus body and a cover body that serves as a front side of the apparatus body, and the base body and the cover body are dividable and detachable in structure. The base body has a base portion, a partitioning portion, a connecting pipe portion, a heat-exchanger-holding structure portion, and a water receiving portion. The cover body is a structure in which a front wall portion and a three-side peripheral wall portion are formed integrally with each other, and a part in which the peripheral wall portion is not formed is an inlet for external air.
