Smart electric heating device
A smart electric heating device comprises a storage unit, a first heating unit, a second heating unit, a control unit and a first temperature sensing unit. With the first temperature sensing unit to obtain an ambient temperature, the control unit compares the ambient temperature with a maximum increased temperature and a set temperature for controlling the first heating unit and the second heating unit to actuate. In this way, each user can use hot water of sufficient temperature better.
HYBRID WATER HEATER WITH ADAPTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
A hybrid water heater incudes a storage tank, a first temperature sensor, a tankless heater fluidly coupled to the storage tank, and a controller configured to determine a target output temperature range for the tankless heater based on a temperature setpoint, measure a temperature of hot water stored in an upper portion of the storage tank using the first temperature sensor, determine whether the measured temperature of the hot water is less than a first minimum temperature setpoint, generate an adjusted target output temperature range for the tankless heater based on a determination that the measured temperature is less than the first minimum temperature by increasing a value of both the lower threshold and the upper threshold, and control the tankless heater to produce the heated water according to the adjusted target output temperature range.
LIQUID SUPPLY UNIT, AND SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
Provided is a liquid supply unit for supplying a treatment liquid to a nozzle that discharges the treatment liquid to a substrate, the liquid supply unit including: a tank for storing the treatment liquid; a main circulation line for supplying the treatment liquid from an internal space of the tank to the nozzle or for recovering the treatment liquid to the internal space of the tank; a supply line connected to the main circulation line to supply the treatment liquid to the nozzle; and a heater module installed in the main circulation line and heating the treatment liquid flowing through the main circulation line to a predetermined temperature, in which the heater module includes: a pipe in which the treatment liquid flows and which is made of a quartz material; and a heating element provided on a surface of the pipe.
Instant-response on-demand water heater
An on-demand hot water dispenser includes a housing, a water heating system received in the housing, and a faucet connected to the water heating system through the housing for dispensing hot water into a container. A drip tray is positioned below the faucet and a screen covers the drip tray to support the container during dispensing of the hot water.
Vehicle windshield cleaning system
Apparatus for providing heated cleaning fluid to a vehicle surface includes an inlet port for receiving an amount of fluid, a housing bounding a reservoir in fluid communication with the inlet port, and an outlet port in fluid communication with the reservoir for dispensing an amount of heated fluid. A heater element heats fluid passing from the inlet port to the outlet port through the reservoir. A heat exchanger in thermal contact with the heater element for conveying heat to fluid within the reservoir has a strut that divides fluid entering the housing through the inlet port into two flow paths and elongated fins extending outwardly from the strut at transverse angles that bound fluid flow channels for fluid moving through the reservoir. A control circuit energizes the heater element to heat the heating element and the fluid passing from the inlet port to the outlet port through the reservoir.
COMBINED WATER HEATER AND THERMOSTATIC CONTROL
A combined water heater and thermostatic control device that combines the functionality of a water heater, thermostat and shut off valve, and may be installed in various aircraft lavatory applications to facilitate installation, consolidate functions, and reduce the probability of leaks. The combined device may include a water tank assembly, a torque motor valve and servo valve assembly, and a shut-off valve assembly. The combined device may also include a temperature control unit that senses water temperature in a water tank assembly and may activate a water heater.
Hot water storage tank with integrated pump and controller
A hot water supply system decouples an intelligent hot water storage system from a water heating engine system. The water heating engine system includes a plurality of instantaneous water heaters that provide for redundant operation for improved reliability. The intelligent hot water storage system includes a storage tank that encloses a volume for storage of water. The intelligent hot water storage system includes a recirculation loop driven by an integrated pump and operated by an integrated controller. By positioning the tank recirculation outlet and inlet farther apart from each other, additional usable volume of hot water is provided by the intelligent hot water storage system. Isolation valves positioned on the input and output of a recirculation pump in the recirculation loop facilitate repair or replacement of the recirculation pump. The hot water system provides for increased capacity while providing redundant heating engines in a smaller floor space than conventional systems.
Hot water tank with thermal mixing valve
A water heater system includes a water heater and a thermal mixing valve. The water heater includes a tank and a cap that each define interior volumes. The interior volume of the tank includes a heating element is the location where fluid is heated, whereas the cap includes a volume within which the thermal mixing valve may be disposed. The thermal mixing valve pulls cool and warm water from the volume of the tank, and then discharges a mixed stream of fluid at a user desired temperature via an outlet.
Liquid heater
A liquid heater may heat liquid using at least one of an electric heater or a hybrid heat pump. The liquid heater includes a tank to store liquid, an insulator at an outer surface of the tank, and a case surrounding the insulator. The case includes a first outer panel, a second outer panel, and a cover panel fastened between the first outer panel and the second outer panel. The cover panel is detachable from the liquid heater to access electronic devices such as a controller for the electric heater.
