Universal machine core component with interchangeable function for heater and fan
A machine core component, which is a universal part component for heater and fan manufacture, includes a core housing with a vertical structure having an air inlet at a lower end portion, an air outlet at an upper end portion, and an air duct formed between the air inlet and the air outlet; a driving motor and a wind wheel supported and received inside the core housing; and a heating element mounting window located at the air inlet for quick and easy installation of a heating element so that the machine core component can be used for fan or heater manufacture.
Furnace for a rooftop unit
A heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a furnace having a primary heat exchanger and a secondary heat exchanger, where the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger form a heat exchange relationship between an airflow and an exhaust gas, and where the primary heat exchanger is positioned upstream of the secondary heat exchanger, a burner configured to generate the exhaust gas, a sensor configured to monitor an ambient temperature, and a control system configured to receive feedback from the sensor, compare the feedback to a threshold, operate the furnace in a first mode when the ambient temperature exceeds the threshold, and operate the furnace in a second mode when the ambient temperature is at or below the threshold, where the furnace operates above a condensation temperature when in the second mode, such that the exhaust gas does not condense when operating in the second mode.

Smoke tube boiler
The present subject matter relates to a smoke tube boiler including: a mix chamber, a heat exchanger, a firing rod assembly, a sealing means, and an air-cooled cooling means and a water-cooled cooling means.
PTC heater
The present invention relates to a PT heater and, more specifically, to a PTC heater which: mechanically fixes a heating element, a terminal, an insulating layer, and a heat-radiating unit, which constitute the PTC heater, by bending a fixing projection of a hook structure formed at a heat rod; and further has an auxiliary fixing protrusion capable of fixing the position of the heating element so as to increase the adhesiveness between the PTC element and the heat-radiating unit, thereby enabling performance to improve and facilitating assembly through the heat rod.
