Tile system
A tile system comprises at least two tiles and at least one elongate support. Each tile is generally rectangular in shape and has a first edge, and a second edge, the second edge being generally opposite the first edge. Each elongate support has an attachment portion and a support portion. Proximate the first edge each tile is provided with a groove, the groove being configured to receive the support portion of one of the elongate supports and a portion of an adjacent tile proximate its second edge.
Bonding clamp as photovoltaic module mounting equipment
A bonding clamp includes a top bracket including opposing side walls defining a channel therebetween. The top bracket has an aperture through a central portion thereof. The top bracket is shaped to receive a first photovoltaic (“PV”) module on a first side and a second PV module on a second side. A bottom bracket includes a body and a pair of top flanges extending vertically from a top surface of the body. The pair of top flanges are spaced apart from each other. The bottom bracket also includes anti-rotation flanges extending from a bottom surface of body. A fastening mechanism fastens the top bracket in a fixed position with respect to the bottom bracket.
BOLTLESS SUPPORT AND SECUREMENT OF SOLAR MODULES
Systems and techniques for boltlessly supporting and securing solar modules are disclosed. For example, in an aspect, a system features a support structure including a support rail, and a frame including a plurality of rails each having a slot to receive a solar module therein and a bottom plate to boltlessly couple to the top surface of the support rail via one or more boltless mounting components. A boltless mounting component may include a post operative to interlock with an insertion hole for securing the frame to the support structure. Moreover, a locking pin may be disposed through a pin hole on each of the top surface of the support rail and the bottom plate of the frame, where the locking pin advantageously maintains a predetermined alignment and advantageously provides a shared electrical ground connection between the support rail and the frame.
Carrier structure for solar panels and method of producing such a carrier structure
The invention relates to a carrier structure for solar panels. The invention also relates to a beam (3) for use in a carrier structure according to the invention. The invention then relates to a carrier (4,5) for use in a carrier structure according to the invention. In addition, the invention relates to a method for producing a carrier structure according to the invention.

The present invention provides a boltless module mounting system and a method of installing a boltless module. The system includes at least one module frame containing a module laminate, at least one support structure having support rails, and multiple boltless mounting components. The mounting components attach the module frame to the support rails. The present invention also provides a boltless module mounting system including at least one module having posts and at least one support structure with support rails. The support rails have receiving slots with a receiving hole and two or more slide slots. The posts interlock with the receiving slots. The method includes aligning multiple boltless connectors, lowering a boltless module frame onto a support structure, and sliding the frame to interlock the boltless connectors.
