SELF-SUPPORTING FRAME FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
A frame includes a support structure made up of profiles for supporting photovoltaic panels, and which has two lateral sides; and at least one reinforcement element mounted in correspondence with the corresponding lateral side thereof for supporting additional loads to the weight of the cells. It further includes connection means for connecting to a torsion tube. In one exemplary embodiment the reinforcement element is a solid gusset from which the lateral sides are suspended, as well as the connection means include upper and lower clamps with a shape adapted to the torsion tube to avoid relative rotation, and which are tightened against the torsion tube by means of bolts which pass through the clamps and corresponding nuts, the upper clamp comprising lateral grooves to fit the reinforcement elements.
FRAME FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULES
The invention relates to a frame for photovoltaic modules into which connection sockets and module electronics can be integrated so as to be easily accessible and which is simultaneously used as a guide system for connection cables.
HELIOSTAT FRAME AND HELIOSTAT THEREOF, AND HELIOSTAT FIELD
A heliostat frame includes a primary beam and several secondary beams arranged on the primary beam at intervals. The secondary beams are fixed on the primary beam along an extending direction of a center axis of the primary beam, and the secondary beam is provided with several supporting block assemblies. The supporting block assembly includes supporting blocks and adhesive sheets. The supporting blocks are connected with a reflective surface of the heliostat through the adhesive sheets. A height of each of the supporting blocks is configured according to its position on the secondary beam, so that a line connected by centers of top surfaces of all of the supporting blocks on the secondary beam is arc-shaped. The heliostat frame reduces the requirements for the manufacturing accuracy of the secondary beam while guaranteeing surface accuracy of the heliostat, thereby effectively reducing the production costs and improving the manufacturing efficiency.

System for mounting solar panels
A mounting system for mounting a solar panel assembly to a base assembly includes a panel support bracket, a base bracket and a clamp configured to exert a compressive force to hold the panel support bracket and the base bracket together. The clamp comprises a V-shaped clamp body that includes a pair of legs that are spring-loaded to oppose an approximation of the legs by an external compressive force. The clamp includes a pair of receiver slots, with each of the pair of receiver slots located on a corresponding one of the pair of legs. The pair of receiver slots collectively provides a clearance to admit the panel support bracket and the base bracket when the legs are compressed together.
SYSTEM FOR MOUNTING TILES OVER A SURFACE
The present disclosure relates to a system for mounting solar panel tiles (or other tiles/panels) over a roof (surface). The system includes mounting frames provided with holes at the bottom for fixing them parallelly over the roof. Bolting members and overhang members are attached to two opposite sides of the tiles to form a tile assembly. The bolting members and overhang members of the tile assembly are provided with a set of holes to allow coupling of the tile assembly between two adjacent mounting frames using bolt/screws. Further, sealing agents are provided on the edges of the tiles as well as the tile assemblies, thereby making the system aesthetically pleasing and leakproof. Another set of vents are provided on the base frames, to allow cables to pass through them, and provide proper ventilation beneath the tiles.
Single-walled connecting key framesets
Frames and processes of manufacture using single-wall frame sections coupled to other single-wall frame sections or double-wall frame sections using a connecting key are provided. The connecting key can be metallic, polymer, ceramic, a laminate, and combinations thereof.

Expandable splice for a solar power system
The present disclosure describes an expandable splice configured for reinforcing a tube of a solar owner system, the splice including a top panel, a bottom panel, a first side panel, a second side panel, and at least one beveled corner panel, wherein the first and second side panels are connected to the top and bottom panels either directly or by the at least one beveled corner panel to form a channel therebetween.
