DUAL-MODE HEATING AND COOLING DEVICES AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A dual-mode heating and cooling system includes a dual-mode heating and cooling device including a cooling part and a heating part that are configured to be selectively exposed to sunlight in a cooling mode and a heating mode, respectively, with the cooling part configured to provide radiative cooling to a structure, and with the heating part configured to provide solar heating to the structure.
Single-pipe thermal energy system
Thermal energy systems for managing, distribution and recovery of thermal energy. A single-pipe loop circulating a two-phase refrigerant is provided. The single-pipe loop is spread through the entire system and interconnects a plurality of local heat exchange stations, each having different thermal energy loads. A central circulation mechanism (CCM) is also provided for circulating the refrigerant for distribution of thermal energy within the system.
Portable refrigeration apparatus
The present application is related to a portable refrigeration apparatus for vaccines, food items, beverage containers, or any other item. The apparatus includes a refrigerated container comprised of a plurality of substantially identical chilling panels interconnected to form a sealed container that defines an internal volume, each of the chilling panels containing a cooling element. The refrigerated container encloses an internal storage space and has a generally modular design to facilitate packaging and transportation. The apparatus permits the internal storage space to maintain a temperature in the range of 4° C.˜8° C. for a long period of time following a loss of electrical power.
Cooling device
Cooling device 1, in particular a freezer 2, having a closable cooling space 3, an electrically operated cooling circuit, and preferably a cold storage pack 4, wherein the at least one closable cooling space 3 and the cold storage pack 4 can be cooled by the electrically operated cooling circuit. The cooling device has a power distributor 5 for distributing electrical power of at least one regenerative power source 6 to an electrically operated cooling circuit of the cooling device 1 and to at least one further electricity consuming device 7. In addition, the power distributor 5 has a control system with a computing unit 23, a memory 24 and priority logic. The priority logic is used to preferentially supply the electrically operated cooling circuit of the cooling device 1 with electricity if there is a lack of electrical power of the at least one regenerative power source 6.

Portable Cooler
A portable cooler is disclosed herein. The portable cooler includes a cooler body portion, the cooler body portion defining an interior compartment configured to hold beverages and/or food items; and a cooler lid portion coupled to the cooler body portion, the cooler lid portion operable between open and closed states so as to allow a user to gain access to the beverages and/or food items in the interior compartment. In one or more embodiments, the portable cooler further includes a telescopic handle assembly pivotally coupled to the cooler body portion with an upper handle portion telescopically extendable from a lower handle portion. In one or more embodiments, the portable cooler further includes a solar panel disposed on the cooler lid portion, and an electrical power output device electrically coupled to the solar panel for transmitting electrical energy generated by the solar panel to an electrical device.
Air Conditioning System
An air conditioning system is provided and including a solar heat generator configured for collecting solar radiation and for heating fluid by the solar radiation and a fluid container coupled to the solar heat generator and being configured to maintain the heated fluid. The system further includes a heat exchanger disposed inside the fluid container and being configured for transferring heat from the heated fluid to refrigerant inside the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is configured to increase pressure and temperature of the refrigerant. The system further includes a condenser, an expansion member and an evaporator configured to form together with the heat exchanger an air-conditioning cycle.
Portable cooling device
A system for a portable cooling device is disclosed herein. The portable cooling device comprises a housing and a door with a handle coupled to the housing for providing access to the interior of the housing. The door and housing are insulated. At least one fan is provided in the interior of housing. In an embodiment, a plurality of fans are configured on each surface defining the interior of the housing. A cooling medium source is in fluid communication with the housing. The cooling medium source is configured to release a cooling medium in the interior of the housing for cooling an edible item or beverage placed in the interior of the housing. The portable cooling device can be powered through solar means or through traditional electrical means. The power is necessary to operate the fans and the cooling medium source.
SUBWAY HYBRID-ENERGY MULTIFUNCTIONAL-END-INTEGRATED HEAT PUMP SYSTEM AND METHOD
A subway hybrid-energy multifunctional-end-integrated heat pump system includes energy and user ends and hot water tank. A first energy end includes a capillary-tube front-end heat exchanger and a subway capillary heat pump unit. A second energy end includes a solar panel. A third energy end includes an air-cooled heat pump unit. The user end includes air conditioner, hot water supply, underfloor heating, and radiator heating ends. The first, second and third energy ends connect to the hot water tank. A water outlet is connected to the air conditioner, hot water supply, underfloor heating, and radiator heating ends. Water outlets of the air conditioner, underfloor heating, and radiator heating ends are respectively connected to the first, second and third energy end through a return pipe.
SOLAR ENERGY ROOF TILE, SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING ENERGY FROM SOLAR RADIATION
A solar energy roof tile, thermally and/or electrically conductively connected to an adjacent solar energy roof tile, includes a lower face for placing on at least some regions of a roof construction, an upper face opposite the lower face formed at least in some regions by a solar energy utilisation module, two opposite lateral walls, a rear face connecting the two lateral walls, and a front face opposite the rear face that connects the lateral walls. The two lateral walls, the rear face and front face together connect the lower and upper faces, such that a cavity is formed between the two lateral walls, the rear face, front face, and lower and upper faces. The lower face has, in the region of the front face, a lower opening for providing access. The upper face has, in the region of the rear face, an upper opening for providing access into the cavity.
