A working gas is supplied into the first cylinder and the second cylinder to be expanded and is exhausted to the outside, an insertion hole through which an output cable of the temperature sensor passes through from an inside to an outside of the radiation shield is provided in the radiation shield, and the insertion hole is configured such that the radiant heat entering the radiation shield from the outside of the radiation shield is not directly radiated to the second cooling stage.

A device for isolating vibrations includes an ion trap, a cryocooler, a primary chamber, a secondary chamber, a vacuum ion pump, a heat exchanger, a sample chamber, a support part, a connector, a heat conduction part, a first platform, a second platform, and a flexible connecting part. The primary chamber, the secondary chamber, and the vacuum ion pump are fixedly disposed on the first platform. The connector is a hollow structure disposed between the primary chamber and the secondary chamber. The primary chamber communicates with the secondary chamber via the hollow structure thereby forming an airtight chamber. The vacuum ion pump is connected to the primary chamber via a five-way flange. The support part is fixed on the second platform. The cryocooler is fixed on the support part. The cryocooler includes a cold head and a machine head. The cold head is suspended in the primary chamber.

The dilution refrigerator includes a plurality of thermalization plates configured to be cooled to a plurality of temperatures, and a first thermalization plate of the plurality of thermalization plates includes an integrated heat exchanger. The integrated heat exchanger includes channels formed in the first thermalization plate, and the channels are configured to allow helium to flow through the first thermalization plate during operation of the dilution refrigerator to improve heat exchange and cooling power of the dilution refrigerator.

A vacuum adiabatic body may include: a first plate member; a second plate member; a sealing part sealing the first plate member and the second plate member to provide a third space; a supporting unit maintaining the third space; a heat resistance unit at least including a conductive resistance sheet capable of resisting heat conduction flowing along a wall for the third space to decrease a heat transfer amount between the first plate member and the second plate member; and an exhaust port through which a gas in the third space is exhausted. A side frame may be fastened to the conductive resistance sheet and the second plate member, and the side frame is fastened to an edge portion of the second plate member. Accordingly, the formation of dews may be prevented and an adiabatic effect may be improved.

A superconducting magnet device including a plurality of superconducting magnet coils; a structural element mechanically and thermally linked to respective magnet coils to retain them in respective relative positions; and a cooling station thermally connected to a cryogenic refrigerator and to the structural element. A thermally conductive path, which passes through the structural element, is established between the cryogenic refrigerator and the superconducting magnet coils through the structural element.
