Vacuum insulation structures with multiple insulators
A refrigerator cabinet is provided. The refrigerator cabinet includes an inner liner and an external wrapper. The inner liner is positioned within the external wrapper such that a gap is defined between the external wrapper and inner liner. A first insulator is positioned within the gap, and a second insulator is positioned within the gap. A pressure within the gap is below about 1000 Pa.
Insulated cooler system
An insulating apparatus can include a base portion, a side portion, and an upper portion. Each portion can include a double walled configuration with a gap defining an insulation volume therebetween. The base portion, the side portion, and the upper portion collectively define an interior volume of the insulating apparatus. In one embodiment, the base wall, first side wall, and first upper wall are stainless steel, and the second base wall, second side wall, and second upper wall are aluminum, and wool batting is positioned in the insulation volume, the second insulation volume, and the third insulation volume.
Refrigeration device with reinforced housing
A refrigeration device includes a cabinet surrounded by a thermally-insulated housing having a sidewall facing outside and an inner liner spaced apart from the sidewall. At least one door is hinged to the housing by at least one hinge element and a front frame part is provided at a side of the housing facing the door. The housing includes a reinforcing member provided at a region of the housing adjacent a respective hinge element, so as to connect a pair of frame parts extending vertically between the sidewall and the inner liner to each other and to the respective hinge element and sidewall.
Home appliance device and method for assembling the home appliance device
A home appliance device, in particular a home refrigeration appliance device, has improved energy efficiency. The home appliance device has at least one inner liner defining at least one storage space and at least one functional unit which in an assembled state is connected to the inner liner and located in the storage space. The inner liner contains at least one accommodation element which in the assembled state at least partly accommodates the at least one functional unit.
VACUUM ADIABATIC BODY AND REFRIGERATOR
A vacuum adiabatic body and a refrigerator are provided. The vacuum adiabatic body includes a support that maintains a vacuum space between a first plate and a second plate, and a heat resistance unit comprising at least one radiation resistance sheet that blocks radiation heat transfer in the vacuum space so as to reduce heat transfer between the first plate and the second plate. The support includes two support plates, and the at least one radiation resistance sheet is supported by at least one support protrusion provided on a bar, which couples the two support plates to each other, to maintain an interval between the first plate and the second plate.
REFRIGERATOR AND HOME APPLIANCES
A refrigerator includes: a door including a door body and a door panel coupled to the door body, and a buffer member disposed at a rear surface of the door panel and provided between the door body and the door panel. The door body defines a first part at a front surface, an adhesive portion is provided at the first part between the door body and the door panel to thereby couple a rear surface of the door panel to the front surface of the door body, and the buffer member contacts a first portion of the adhesive portion and the rear surface of the door panel contacts a second portion of the adhesive portion.
Modular box assembly
A modular box assembly includes a box with side panels defining a box cavity, a first thermal liner positioned within the box cavity, the first thermal liner including a first insulation batt disposed between sheets, the first thermal liner defining three first liner panels, at least one box side panel being covered by a first liner panel, and a second thermal liner positioned within the box cavity, the second thermal liner including a second insulation batt disposed between sheets, the second thermal liner defining three second liner panels. At least one other of the side box panels is covered by a second liner panel. The bottom box panel is covered by either a first liner panel not covering any side box panel or a second liner panel not covering any side box panel. Each insulation batt can be formed from a mixture of thermoplastic binder fibers and reinforcement fibers.
REFRIGERATOR FOAMING JIG AND FOAMING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to a refrigerator foaming jig, and particularly, to a refrigerator foaming jig and a foaming method using same, the refrigerator foaming jig including: a refrigerator outer case in which a space part, into which a heat insulating material is injected, and a refrigerating compartment, and a freezer compartment are formed; and an ice-making compartment case which is installed inside the outer case and inside which an insulating material accommodation space communicating with the space part is formed. The refrigerator foaming jig comprises: a front jig coupled to an inner case; and a variable jig inserted into the partition part, wherein the variable jig expands toward the space part and the insulating material accommodation space or contracts inward so that the distance to the partition part is adjusted. According to the above configuration, the refrigerating compartment, the freezing compartment, and the ice-making compartment are simultaneously formed as independent spaces.
DOMESTIC REFRIGERATION DEVICE
A domestic refrigeration appliance apparatus includes at least one side wall component and at least one machine compartment top wall. In order to simplify assembly, the domestic refrigeration appliance apparatus has at least one sealing element which seals at least one region between the side wall component and the machine compartment top wall. A method for assembling a household refrigeration appliance apparatus is also provided.
Refrigerator Supporting Rod for Installing Lighting Device
A refrigerator supporting rod for installing lighting device has a rod body, the rod body having an inner side surface facing toward the refrigerator and an outer side surface back toward the refrigerator, a heat insulating layer is provided between the inner side surface and the outer side surface, the inner side surface is provided with a lamp mounting groove extending in the longitudinal direction. According to the refrigerator supporting rod for installing lighting device, a lamp can be installed in an embedded mode to integrate the two, so that the probability of touching the lamp is reduced, and the likelihood of damage is reduced.
