COOLING ASSEMBLY FOR REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE
A refrigerator appliance includes a cabinet that defines first and second compartments. A fan assembly is configured to direct cooled air from a cooling assembly into the first and second compartments. The fan assembly includes a housing that defines an inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet. The first outlet is in communication with the first compartment, and the second outlet is in communication with the second compartment. A fan is positioned within the housing and is configured to direct the cooled air from the inlet toward the first and second outlets. A damper assembly is configured to selectively obstruct one of the first outlet and the second outlet.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator is proposed. The refrigerator includes a manipulation part including a rotating shaft and a manipulation knob, an opening/closing part configured to have a curved surface and located at a position adjacent to the circumference of the rotating shaft such that the opening/closing part opens and closes a communication portion between an inlet part and an enlarged part of a flow guide, and an angle limiting part configured to limit the rotation angle of the manipulation knob, whereby the manipulation knob of a thermostat for temperature control of the freezer compartment is configured to have the operation angle of 120˜160°, thereby improving manipulation satisfaction during the manipulation of the manipulation knob by a user.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes a cabinet having a freezing compartment below a refrigerating compartment, an ice making compartment at a side of the refrigerating compartment, an evaporator, a shroud that is disposed at a front side of the evaporator, a grille panel coupled to a front surface of the shroud, a first cool air guide channel defined between the grille panel and the shroud and configured to guide cool air to a freezing compartment, a second cool air guide channel defined between the grille panel and the shroud and configured guide cool air to the ice making compartment, a freezing fan module disposed between the grille panel and the shroud and configured to supply cool air to the first cool air guide channel, and an ice making fan module disposed between the grille panel and the shroud and configured to supply cool air to the second cool air guide channel.
REFRIGERATOR
Proposed is a refrigerator that can be designed compactly since an evaporator, which is installed inside a cool air generation part, and a grille fan module are lined up with each other so that the installation area of the cool air generation part can be minimized.
REFRIGERATING APPLIANCE
A refrigerating appliance is provided. The refrigerating appliance comprises: —a first storage compartment and a second storage compartment, the first and second storage compartments being separated from each other; —a refrigeration circuit comprising a first evaporator associated to the first storage compartment, a second evaporator associated to the second storage compartment, and a compressor for causing refrigerant to flow in the refrigeration circuit through the first evaporator and the second evaporator, the first evaporator, the second evaporator and the compressor being fluidly connected in series; —temperature sensors adapted to sense a first temperature indicative of the temperature inside the first storage compartment and a second temperature indicative of the temperature inside the second storage compartment; —a control unit configured to set a flow rate of the compressor according to both: —a first difference between the sensed first temperature and a first storage compartment target temperature, and —a second difference between the sensed second temperature and a second storage compartment target temperature.
Air passageways in a variable climate zone compartment
A refrigeration appliance includes a liner having a rear wall that is contoured to define a first vertical recess therein. A partition divides the compartment into an upper and a lower compartment and includes a first protrusion disposed in the first vertical recess in the liner. A first opening extends through the first protrusion and is aligned with the first vertical recess in the liner. A temperature control system is positioned in the upper compartment and includes a vertical partition. At least one lower opening extends through a front surface of the vertical partition and fluidly communicates with an upper end of the first vertical recess in the liner and the first opening extending through the partition. An evaporator fan is disposed in the lower compartment.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator including a housing mounted at a rear surface of a door to define a storage space of food, a basket disposed inside the housing, a duct extending to the housing from one side of an evaporator to supply cold air generated by the evaporator into the storage space of the housing, and a fan assembly coupled to the duct to allow the cold air to be forcibly supplied.
