TOE-KICK
A refrigerator includes a main body and a supporting structure disposed below the main body upon which the refrigerator is supported on a floor. A pair of guide rails is affixed to a bottom wall of the main body along a pair of opposed lateral sides of the main body and extend between a rear wall and a front side of the main body. A portion of a heat loop tube for a refrigeration system extends externally out of the internal storage compartment and is disposed below the main body and within a cavity. A toe kick is disposed proximate a bottom edge of the front side of the main body and proximate the floor for containing the portion of the heat loop tube within the cavity and isolating the portion of the heat loop tube from an exterior of the refrigerator.
Refrigerator appliance
A refrigerator appliance includes a rear wall, side walls, a bottom wall, and partitions. The side walls are secured to and extend from the rear wall toward a front side of the refrigerator. The bottom wall is secured to the side walls along a bottom end of the rear wall. The side walls and the bottom wall define a cavity below the bottom wall and define an opening to the cavity along the front side of the refrigerator. The rear wall and the bottom wall define a machine compartment. An exterior surface of the rear wall defines an inlet to and an outlet from the machine compartment. A first partition extends outward from the exterior surface and is disposed between the inlet and the outlet. A second partition extends from a bottom of the first partition. The partitions are configured to segregate airflows between the inlet and outlet.
Hot airflow management systems and methods for coolers
Coolers with airflow management systems are disclosed. The coolers include a cabinet that has a door with a transparent section. A refrigeration unit is coupled to the cabinet. The refrigeration unit has an airflow inlet and an airflow outlet. The cross sectional area of the airflow outlet is less than the cross sectional area of the airflow inlet. The refrigeration unit is fluidly coupled to an airflow management system that is in fluid communication with the airflow outlet. The airflow management system includes discharge vents and turbulence reduction vents.
Under counter type refrigerator
A under counter refrigerator includes a main body defining at least one of a first and second storage compartments, an evaporator to generate cool air to be supplied to the at least one of the first and second storage compartments, and a machine room provided at a lower portion of the main body to define an installation space in which a compressor and a condenser are provided. The machine room includes a suction portion provided in front of the main body to suction outside air into the machine room, a discharge portion provided in front of the main body to discharge the suctioned air in the machine room, a guide wall to separate the installation space into a first space in which the condenser is installed, and a second space in which the compressor is installed. A condensation fan is installed at the guide wall, the condenser is provided in a front portion of the first space, a defrosting water tray is provided at a rear of the condenser, and the condensation fan is disposed on one side of the defrost water tray.
Domestic refrigeration appliance with an inner container and a base
A domestic refrigeration device includes a heat-insulated inner container having an inner space; a refrigerant circuit provided for cooling the interior space; a door leaf for opening and closing the interior space; and a base on which the inner container is arranged and in which at least part of the refrigerant circuit is arranged. At least part of the front of said base is open to allow an exchange of air from the interior of the base with the surroundings of the domestic appliance. An air guiding element is mounted in front of the base and has a continuous front wall covering the front of the base and is spaced apart from the floor on which the base stands. The air guiding element is open downwards in the direction of the floor.
REFRIGERATED STORAGE STRUCTURE
A drawer for use in a drawer refrigerator including a number of panels, forming a receptacle and including a front receptacle panel, an aesthetic panel configured to cover the front panel, a hanger bracket, fixed to either the aesthetic panel or the front receptacle panel. The hanger bracket includes a main body and a hook extending therefrom. A mounting bracket is fixed to the other of the aesthetic panel and the front receptacle panel, and defines a number of apertures configured to receive the hook of the hanger bracket.
Refrigerated merchandise display system
A merchandise display system for storing and dispensing merchandise is provided. The merchandise display system includes an outer housing, a transparent front door, a refrigeration unit, and a door that includes an extended canopy. The merchandise display system also includes a front grille for a refrigeration system having, a surface adjacent a curved surface.
Household appliance apparatus with a flow separating unit and household appliance
A household appliance apparatus, in particular a household refrigeration appliance apparatus, has at least one flow separating unit which is provided for separating at least two airflows. In order to provide improved properties with regard to a ventilation of heat-generating freestanding household appliance components, the flow separating unit is provided for mounting on an outer wall of a freestanding household appliance.
Refrigerator with noise reduction
A refrigerator has a component subassembly incorporating a plurality of refrigeration components along an airflow path that extends between an inlet for colder air and an outlet for warmer air. The refrigerator further includes a noise reduction arrangement for reducing an operating noise of the refrigerator having a plurality of walls defining the airflow path. The walls include a noise absorbing material. The plurality of walls includes a plurality of external walls and a plurality of internal walls.
