Beverage coolers for storing and cooling bottled beverages. A beverage cooler may include a cooling chamber cooled by a refrigeration system, and openings in the cooling chamber for receiving bottled beverages to be chilled. The openings may have doors and/or seals to minimize heat exchange between the cooling chamber and the environment with or without bottles disposed in the openings. Each of the openings may have a visual indicator, such as a plurality of LEDs, configured to indicate the temperature of the bottle disposed in the opening.

A mobile cooling box has a box main body and at least one lid for opening the mobile cooling box and providing access to the inside of the mobile cooling box. The mobile cooling box further has at least one air vent 400 located on at least one side wall of the box main body, the at least one air vent comprises at least one opening, preferably in form of an essentially horizontal slot, allowing air flow through the respective side wall of the mobile cooling box. The at least one opening or slot comprises one or more shielding elements that are designed in such a way that the one or more shielding elements at least partly block the view into the inside of the mobile cooling box from the outside of the mobile cooling box.

A refrigerating appliance includes an inner liner, an outer wrapper and a trim breaker extending between the inner liner and the outer wrapper to define an insulating cavity therebetween. The trim breaker includes a liner portion coupled with the inner liner, a wrapper portion coupled to the outer wrapper and an outer glazing member that extends between the liner and wrapper portions. An external surface of the outer glazing member defines a contact surface that is configured to receive a seal of an operable panel in a closed position.

An ice bucket with a spray and light-emitting function comprises: a transparent housing and a light-transmitting base supporting the housing, wherein the housing is separated from an ice storage chamber and a mist generating chamber by a partition plate, the ice storage chamber are in partial communication with the mist generating chamber via the partition plate and the mist generating chamber is in communication with the base through an air duct, and wherein the base is provided with a power source, a lamp, an atomizer, and a fan, the lamp, the atomizer, and the fan are electrically connected to a power source, the fan is configured to blow a mist generated by the atomizer out of the mist generating chamber through the air duct and guide the atomizer to the ice storage chamber, and a light generated by the lamp is irradiated to the housing through the base.

A device for the handling and the low-temperature storage of probe tubes in tube racks includes a low-temperature compartment having insulated side and bottom walls and at least one opening at a top side. The compartment is used for storing at least one tube rack at a low temperature. The device has a holder apparatus comprising a rack holder for holding a tube rack and a picker apparatus comprising a gripper adapted to remove and insert individual tubes from or into a tube rack held by the holder. The holder apparatus is adapted to displace the rack holder between an upper rack position outside low-temperature compartment above the opening and a lower rack position inside the compartment. The picker apparatus is adapted to displace the gripper between an upper gripper position outside the compartment above the opening and a lower gripper position inside the compartment below the opening.

A mobile cooling box having a box main body and at least one lid for opening the box and providing access to the inside of the box. The at least one lid is pivotally attached to the box main body by means of at least two hinge modules. Each hinge module comprises a pin module having a hinge pin with a front end, a rear end, a longitudinal axis about which the lid is pivotable and predominantly a smooth outer surface of a cylindrical shape. Each hinge module further comprises a bearing module having a hinge hearing accommodating the hinge pin. The hinge pin laterally extends with its front end into the hinge bearing. Thus, during pivoting the lid with respect to the box main body an axis of the hinge bearing remains co-linear with the longitudinal axis of the hinge pin. The pin module further comprises a bolt portion extending from the rear end of the hinge pin and having a longitudinal axis being co-linear to that of the hinge pin so that pin module is mountable by the bolt portion.
