Photoelectric hydrogen production energy storage and cold energy recovery coupled dry ice production device and use method
A photoelectric hydrogen production energy storage and cold energy recovery coupled dry ice production device and a use method are disclosed. The device comprises a photoelectric conversion liquid hydrogen energy storage unit, photoelectricity participates in electrolysis of water in the storage unit to prepare hydrogen, and surplus hydrogen meeting downstream process requirements is liquefied in the unit; liquid hydrogen is output, so that intermittent photoelectric energy is converted into hydrogen energy to be stored. When hydrogen production through electrolysis of water is insufficient but industrial hydrogen is continuously used, high-grade and low-grade cold energy of low-temperature liquid hydrogen serving as cold sources in the unit is recovered from industrial tail gas purified CO.sub.2 and air separation nitrogen, liquid nitrogen and liquid CO.sub.2 are output and used for the storage unit and dry ice production respectively, and the liquid hydrogen is reheated and supplied to a downstream process.
INTEGRATED COMPRESSION AND MEMBRANE SEPARATION PROCESS FOR REMOVAL OF CO2 FROM RAW NATURAL GAS
A single compressor is used to separately compress permeate from cascaded first and second gas separation membrane-based separation units and residue from a fourth gas separation membrane-based separation unit in order to avoid too high a CO2 partial pressure in the compressed permeate. After the permeates from the first and second stages are compressed, the compressed stream is fed to a third gas separation membrane-based separation unit.
METHOD FOR THE SEPARATION AND LIQUEFACTION OF METHANE AND CARBON DIOXIDE WITH REMOVAL OF THE AIR IMPURITIES PRESENT IN THE METHANE
A combined plant for cryogenic separation and liquefaction of methane and carbon dioxide in a biogas stream, including a mixing means, a compressor, a first exchanger, a distillation column, a second exchanger, a separating means, an expanding means, and a separator vessel. Wherein, the mixing means is configured such that the recycle gas is the overhead vapour stream, and the first exchanger and the expanding means are combined.
Carrier Gas Stream Processing System and Method
A system for separating carbon dioxide from a carrier gas includes a CO.sub.2 enrichment subsystem that receives a carrier gas stream and produces an enriched carbon dioxide fluid stream. The system also includes a CO.sub.2 polishing subsystem in fluid communication with the CO.sub.2 enrichment subsystem that produces a carbon dioxide rich fluid stream. In a corresponding method, a carrier gas is received in a CO.sub.2 enrichment subsystem and an enriched carbon dioxide fluid stream is produced. The enriched carbon dioxide fluid stream is directed to a CO.sub.2 polishing subsystem wherein a stream further enriched in carbon dioxide is produced.

PROCESS FOR SEPARATING AND LIQUEFYING METHANE AND CO2 COMPRISING THE WITHDRAWAL OF VAPOUR FROM AN INTERMEDIATE STAGE OF THE DISTILLATION COLUMN
A combined plant for cryogenic separation and liquefaction of methane and carbon dioxide in a biogas stream, including a mixing means, a compressor, a first exchanger, a distillation column, a second exchanger, a separating means, an expanding means, and a separator vessel. Wherein the mixing means is configured such that the recycle gas is the overhead vapour stream, and the first exchanger and the expanding means are combined.
PROCESS FOR THE SEPARATION AND LIQUEFACTION OF METHANE AND CARBON DIOXIDE WITH SOLIDIFICATION OF CARBON DIOXIDE OUTSIDE THE DISTILLATION COLUMN

APPARATUSES AND PROCESSES FOR THE RECOVERY OF CARBON DIOXIDE STREAMS
Processes and apparatuses for recovering a high purity carbon dioxide stream. A first separation zone that may include a cryogenic fractionation column provides the high-purity CO.sub.2 stream. A vapor stream from the cryogenic fractionation column is passed to a second separation zone to separate the CO.sub.2 from the other components. The second separation zone may include a pressure swing adsorption unit or a solvent separation unit. The second separation zone provides a hydrogen enriched gas stream that may be used in a gas turbine. The second stream from the second separation zone includes carbon dioxide and, after a pressure increase in a compressor, may be recycled to the first separation zone.
Gas separation system with auto-refrigeration and selective recycle for carbon dioxide capture and compression
A system and method for capturing and separating carbon dioxide from mixed gas streams. The gas stream is processed in a structure including a compression module comprising a plurality of compressors, intercoolers and inter-stage condensate separators. The flow path from the compression module includes a plurality of flow separators, gas stream splitters, heat exchangers and at least a first mixer and a first expander. The gas stream is sequentially compressed and cooled to form process condensate and separate it from the compressed gas stream. The gas stream is further dried and cooled to liquefy carbon dioxide and separate it from the non-condensable portion. Selective expansion of liquid carbon dioxide streams provides cooling for the system, and further energy efficiency is achieved by selective recycling of portions of gas streams, allowing for compact equipment and economical operation, while providing for high purity product streams of carbon dioxide.
