PROCESS AND PLANT FOR PROVISION OF OXYGEN PRODUCT
A process for providing an oxygen product using an air separation plant having a distillation column system, in which a cryogenic liquid is withdrawn from the distillation column system, wherein a first portion of the cryogenic liquid is subjected to a pressure-increasing evaporation by evaporating a second portion of the cryogenic liquid, and the oxygen product is provided using at least part of the first portion of the cryogenic liquid. At least part of the evaporated second portion of the cryogenic liquid, after the increase in pressure, is made available for further utilization, for the provision of the oxygen product. The present invention also relates to a corresponding air separation plant.

An apparatus for producing a purified, pressurized liquid carbon dioxide stream includes a distillation column (B) having packing (C) therein and a sump (D) below the packing, the distillation column in fluid communication with the liquid carbon dioxide supply tank for receiving the liquid carbon dioxide stream and the packing stripping volatile impurities from the liquid carbon dioxide stream; a heater (E) in contact with the liquid carbon dioxide stream in the sump (D) for vaporizing the liquid carbon dioxide stream in the sump; a vent in the distillation column (B) from which a first vaporized portion (G) of carbon dioxide vapor in the sump (D) is withdrawn from the distillation column: and a conduit (I) in fluid communication with the sump (D) and from which a second vaporized portion (H) of the carbon dioxide vapor in the sump is withdrawn into the conduit (I) to be introduced into the carbon dioxide vapor feed stream.
LIQUEFIED GAS STORAGE FACILITY
The invention relates to a liquefied gas storage facility, in particular for liquid hydrogen, comprising a liquefied gas tank intended to contain gas in liquid form and a gaseous phase, a device for cooling the contents of the tank, the cooling device comprising at least a first refrigerator with a cycle for refrigerating a cycle gas, said first refrigerator comprising, arranged in series in a cycle circuit: a member for compressing the cycle gas, a member for cooling the cycle gas, a member for expanding the second cycle gas and a member for reheating the expanded cycle gas, the cooling device comprising a first heat transfer fluid loop comprising a first end exchanging heat with a cold end of the first refrigerator and a second end comprising a first heat exchanger located in the tank, the first heat transfer fluid loop comprising a member for circulating the heat transfer fluid, characterized in that the first heat exchanger exchanges heat directly with the inside of the tank, that is to say that the first heat exchanger exchanges heat directly with the fluid which surrounds it in the tank.
PROCESS FOR CRYOGENIC FRACTIONATION OF AIR, AIR FRACTIONATION PLANT AND INTEGRATED SYSTEM COMPOSED OF AT LEAST TWO AIR FRACTIONATION PLANTS
The invention relates to a process for cryogenic fractionation of air using an air fractionation plant comprising a rectification column system comprising a high-pressure column operated at a pressure level of 9 to 14.5 bar, a low-pressure column operated at a pressure level of 2 to 5 bar, and an argon column. It is envisaged that a recirculating stream is formed using the second tops gas or a portion thereof, which is heated, compressed, cooled again, and after partial or complete liquefaction or in the unliquefied state is introduced partially or completely, or in fractions, into the first rectification column and/or into the second rectification column. The present invention also relates to a corresponding system.
Gas production system
A gas production system that can supply liquefied gas obtained by rectifying source gas as product gas continuously with high heat efficiency without using a machine that has a risk of contamination like a pump. A gas production system includes a single pressure device having a single pressurized container to which liquefied gas extracted from a rectification unit is supplied, a pressure line for extracting and vaporizing a part of the liquefied gas in the pressurized container and returning the part of the liquefied gas to the pressurized container, and a second heat exchange unit that is disposed in the pressure line, and a liquefied gas storage unit that stores liquefied gas which is led out from the pressurized container.

Method for obtaining an air product in an air separating system with temporary storage, and air separating system
A method for obtaining an air product in an air separating system in which a liquid fraction is obtained from feed air and used to provide the air product and in which the liquid fraction is temporarily stored in a tank arrangement. A tank arrangement with at least two tanks is used, and the liquid fraction is fed to at least one of the tanks and/or is removed from at least one of the tanks in order to provide the air product. In the process, the liquid fraction is not fed to and removed from any one of the tanks at the same time, and the composition of the liquid fraction in a tank is ascertained prior to each removal of the liquid fraction from the tank. An air separating system is also described.
ELECTRICAL POWER PRODUCING DEVICE
A device includes a heat exchanger connected to an air line through which air flows and to a hydrogen line through which liquid-state hydrogen flows. The heat exchanger is configured to produce liquid-state air as the air and the liquid-state hydrogen exchange heat with each other. The device also includes a carbon dioxide separator connected to the heat exchanger via the air line and the hydrogen line. The carbon dioxide separator is configured to separate at least a portion of carbon dioxide from the air. The device also includes an air storage container connected to the heat exchanger via the air line. The air storage container is configured to store the liquid-state air discharged from the heat exchanger. The carbon dioxide separator is configured such that the air and the hydrogen exchange heat with each other inside the carbon dioxide separator.
