The primary dehydrating chamber is adapted to allow waste to be heated therein to partly dehydrate the waste. The primary dehydrating chamber has: a first waste inlet for receiving the waste, a first vapor outlet for exhausting vapor from the waste, a drainage outlet for draining free liquid from the waste, and a first waste outlet for outputting the partly dehydrated waste. The grinding device is adapted to receive the waste from the first waste outlet and grind the waste to reduce the size thereof. The secondary dehydrating chamber is adapted to allow the ground waste to be heated therein to further dehydrate the waste. The secondary dehydrating chamber has a second waste inlet for receiving the ground waste, a second vapor outlet for exhausting vapor from the waste, and a second waste outlet for outputting the further dehydrated waste. The storage chamber is adapted to receive the waste from the second waste outlet and store the waste in the storage chamber.
KITCHEN WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

The kitchen waste treatment system includes a control module, a drying module, an air extraction module, a grinding module and a temperature sensor all connected with the control module. The control module is for sending a first control signal, a second control signal and a third control signal according to a current working process in a determination that it is turned on normally. The drying module is for drying kitchen waste. The air extraction module is for extracting air from the kitchen waste. The grinding module is for grinding the kitchen waste. The temperature sensor is for detecting a temperature of the drying module. The control module is further for sending a stop command to the drying module in a determination that the temperature is higher than a preset temperature threshold.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR MULTI-PHASE EXTRACTION OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES FROM BIOMASS
A method for performing a multi-phase extraction of plant biomass to obtain active substances is provided. The method uses a novel freeze-dry extraction technique to obtain a volatile terpene fraction from frozen plant material. In particular, the method disclosed provides terpene extracts with compositions that strongly resemble that of the parent plant material.
Drying hopper as well as grinding and drying plant comprising such
A drying hopper for drying granular material includes a hopper casing defining a plenum chamber for granular material, and an upper part and a bottom part. The hopper also includes a material inlet for the granular material arranged in the upper part; a material outlet port at the bottom part; a component for introducing hot drying gas into the hopper casing; and a gas outlet arranged in the upper part. The component for introducing hot drying gas includes gas pipes arranged to extend substantially vertically in the upper part, each gas pipe having a gas outlet port at its lower end and being connected at its upper end to an annular gas duct having a gas inlet for receiving a flow of drying gas, the gas pipes being distributed on the annular gas duct.
Dry grinding machine
To improve operating efficiency of a dry grinding machine, the dry grinding machine includes a rotating shaft; a first blade that is rotationally driven by the rotating shaft; a grinding chamber that houses the first blade; a feed-in section that feeds material to be processed, which is transported by hot air into the grinding chamber from a direction intersecting the rotating shaft; and a discharging section that is arranged on a side of the first blade opposite the feed-in section, in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and discharges from the grinding chamber, along with the hot air, the material to be processed that has been ground by the first blade while being dried by the hot air fed in from the feed-in section.
USER-REMOVABLE, ELECTRICALLY HEATED, AND MECHANICALLY ACTUATED BUCKET UNIT FOR ORGANIC MATTER PROCESSING APPARATUS
Embodiments disclosed herein provide a bucket assembly and method of use thereof. The bucket assembly is a relatively lightweight and removable apparatus that can fracture cut, paddle, and heat contents contained therein. The bucket assembly can include a housing that has a curved metal plate and blade array attached thereto. A cut and paddle assembly can rotate within the housing and interface with the blade array to fracture cut contents contained therein. The cut and paddle assembly is also operative to mix the contents to ensure full dispersal within the housing. A flexible heater array is attached to and operative to heat the curved metal plate. The combination of the fracture cutting, paddling, and heating can convert organic matter to a ground and selectively desiccated product.
APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING ORGANIC MATTER HAVING LID AND AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM PROMOTING PLEASANT USER EXPERIENCE
Embodiments disclosed herein provide an organic matter processing apparatus and method for the use thereof to convert organic matter into a ground and desiccated product. The organic matter processing apparatus includes a lid assembly that is positioned at the top or head of the processing apparatus and an air treatment system. The lid assembly is operative to open to allow a user to deposit organic matter into the processing apparatus or to remove a removable bucket contained therein. The lid assembly is operative to close and provide an odor containing seal that prevents or substantially mitigates escape of odor. The air treatment system uniformly distributes untreated air through an air treatment chamber to convert the untreated air to treated air, which is exhausted out of the processing apparatus.
JET-MILLING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR JET-MILLING
A jet milling apparatus comprises a milling chamber having one inlet for a product to be milled and outlets for a milled end product having physical properties with respective values falling inside respective ranges, nozzles for issuing respective jets of a milling fluid having predetermined operative parameters into said milling chamber for intercepting the product to be milled and forming a fluidized material inside for drying, selecting, milling, sterilizing, clustering the product, electromagnetic field emitters designed to generate an electromagnetic field with predetermined frequencies and to orient it inside said milling chamber, monitoring devices placed at the outlets for controlling in real time the physical properties of the milled end product before exit and designed to drive the nozzles and the electromagnetic field emitters to vary and adjust the operative parameters of the jets of the milling fluid and the frequency of the electromagnetic field.
Method for producing water-absorbent resin powder and production apparatus therefor
The production method includes: a gel-crushing step of grinding a crosslinked hydrogel polymer to obtain a particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer; a heating drying step of obtaining dried particles from the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer by using a continuous stirring drying machine; a post-crosslinking step of post-crosslinking the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer or the dried particles; and a sizing step of adjusting a particle size of the dried particles or the post-crosslinked dried particles to obtain water-absorbent resin powder. The particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer contains a gel fluidizer. A gel temperature of the particulate crosslinked hydrogel polymer containing the gel fluidizer, the gel temperature being measured by a contact thermometer, is not lower than 50° C. In the production method, the dried particles or the post-crosslinked dried particles is forcedly cooled before the sizing step.
DRYING APPARATUS AND RELATED METHOD
