The quick maintenance can be performed to restrain downtime of the printing apparatus.

In some embodiments, a device includes a chamber having an entry port for receiving an electrode and an exit port for dispensing the electrode from the chamber, a guide roll, one or more heating rolls that are spaced apart from the guide roll, the guide roll and the one or more heating rolls provide a path between the entry port and the exist port through which the electrode moves during drying; and a heater disposed between the guide roll and the one or more heating rolls and configured to the electrode to a first temperature, wherein the heating roll is configured to heat to a second temperature, and the device is capable of maintaining the temperature of the electrode at a temperature equal to or higher than the first temperature and lower than the second temperature while the electrode is on the path.

An electrode drying device is disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a device includes a chamber having an entry port for receiving an electrode and an exit port for dispensing the electrode from the chamber, a guide roll, one or more heating rolls that are spaced apart from the guide roll, the guide roll and the one or more heating rolls provide a path between the entry port and the exist port through which the electrode moves during drying; and a heater disposed between the guide roll and the one or more heating rolls and configured to the electrode to a first temperature, wherein the heating roll is configured to heat to a second temperature, and the device is capable of maintaining the temperature of the electrode at a temperature equal to or higher than the first temperature and lower than the second temperature while the electrode is on the path.

If supplementary heating is necessary, the second heater is driven by a drive signal having an intensity that corresponds to a deficient heat amount equivalent value in the paper region.
