STEEL GRIT DRYER
A mobile steel grit dryer used to dry steel grit may be configured with a number of different functions and features to assist a contractor in performing steel or other structure maintenance when using steel grit in resurfacing the structure. The steel grit dryer may be configured with a heat process vacuum bypass so that an off-board vacuum, such as a vacuum on a grit recycling system, may be utilized as opposed to having an onboard vacuum. The dryer may include multiple modes so that an operator may use different modes for different environmental conditions. An exoframe may provide for better durability when being transported to different jobsites. A variety of automation and safety features may also be provided to simplify and improve safety for operators.
DRYER SCREEN QUICK RELEASE LATCH
A rotary dryer can include a screen that is divided into different portions joined together to form the screen structure. The screen portions can be joined together using one or more quick release latches. Each latch can provide a locking connection between the different screen portions. The latch can be unlocked, e.g., using hand pressure, to disconnect one screen portion from an adjacent screen portion. This can allow quick replacement of one or both screen portions with replacement screen portion(s). The latch may include a latch body and a latch rod. The latch rod may be rotatably connected to the latch body. The latch rod can be connected to one screen portion and the latch body connected to another screen portion. The latch body can rotate around the rotatable connection, causing the screen portions to be pulled together for subsequent use of the screen structure.
VORTEX TUBE DRYER
A vortex dryer for fibrous material utilizes a helical inlet to the base of a central vortex tube to separate fiber from debris by abruptly changing direction of the conveying air flow. The dryer combines the helical input with helical shaping of the air flow through the central vortex tube to induce greater drying for the fiber which is continued at the top of the vortex tube through a separate drying chamber.
STEEL GRIT DRYER
A method of processing steel grit may include moving steel grit into a pre-classifier, weighing the pre-classifier with steel grit being processed by the pre-classifier, and altering a functional process to process the steel grit based on the weight of the pre-classifier including the steel grit. A machine for processing steel grit may include a pre-classifier configured to process steel grit to remove debris from the steel grit. A support member may be configured to support the pre-classifier. Multiple rotatable link assemblies may connect the pre-classifier to the support member to enable the pre-classifier to freely rotate as a function of gravity when supported from the support member. A weight sensor may be configured to weigh the pre-classifier including steel grit contained in the pre-classifier.

METHOD OF PRODUCING LIGNIN WITH REDUCED AMOUNT OF ODOROUS SUBSTANCES
The present invention relates to a method of producing lignin with reduced amount of guaiacoland etylguaiacol in order to reduce the content of odorous substances by subjecting the ligninto a heating processing order to remove guaiacol.
Dual-airflow cyclone flash drying device
A dual-airflow cyclone flash drying device includes a feeding device, a fluidizing cyclone generator and a drying cylinder. The fluidizing cyclone generator is connected with the drying cylinder through a central connecting pipe. The tail end of the feeding device is provided with a porous plate doser that is connected with the central connecting pipe. The fluidizing cyclone generator adopts lateral air supply, air forms a cyclone along the circular outer wall to enter the central connecting pipe. A drying cyclone generator is arranged at the lower portion of the drying cylinder. The drying cyclone generator adopts lateral air supply, and after forming a cyclone, air spirally rises to make contact with fluidized granular sludge to evaporate sludge moisture into water vapor. A particle size selector is arranged at the upper portion of the drying cylinder, and an outlet flue is arranged above the particle size selector.
System and method of preparing pre-treated biorefinery feedstock from raw and recycled waste cellulosic biomass
A method of preparing cellulosic biomass material for subsequent processing first comprises moving at least one stream of biomass material along a flow path. Then, the stream of cellulosic biomass material can be explosively dried and pulverized to disrupt lignocellulosic bonds, and to reduce a moisture content and a particle size of the cellulosic biomass material. Then, the stream of cellulosic biomass material can be electrically degraded the stream of cellulosic biomass material to disrupt lignocellulosic bonds. Additional pre-treatment and post-treatment processes can also be included.
