The furnace body includes areas having the upper and lower discharge pipes, the areas including a first area to an Nth area disposed sequentially along a second direction being a transport direction of each of the materials, a length of the first area in the second direction is shorter than lengths of the second area to the Nth area in the second direction, and in each of the first area to the Nth area, the upper discharge pipe and the lower supply pipe are not arranged in a straight line in a third direction being a height direction to be misaligned from each other.
HEAT TREATMENT APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR SECONDARY BATTERY
A heat treatment apparatus includes a furnace body in which a material is transferred and heat treated, a sagger disposed inside the furnace body and configured to receive and transport the material, a roller configured to transport the sagger, and a heater disposed at a position apart from the sagger. The sagger seated on the roller includes a plurality of saggers. The heater includes an upper heater disposed above the sagger and a lower heater disposed under the sagger, based on a third direction which is a height direction of the furnace body, and the lower heater is disposed closer to the roller than to a bottom surface of the furnace body.
KILN AND METHOD FOR FIRING BASIC CERAMIC ARTICLES
A kiln and method for firing basic ceramic articles; the kiln comprises a conveying device for conveying the basic ceramic articles along a given path through a firing chamber, in which the basic ceramic articles are heated, a cooling chamber, in which the basic ceramic articles are cooled so as to obtain ceramic products; and an extraction device adapted to generate two gas flows in the firing chamber; the gas flows come from two opposite ends of the firing chamber and meet in the extraction device.
HEATING ASSEMBLY AND INDUSTRIAL APPARATUS FOR THE FIRING OF CERAMIC ARTICLES
An industrial apparatus and a heating assembly for the firing of ceramic articles, which is installable in a kiln and comprises: an electric heater, comprising a tubular casing, a feeding duct to feed a gas comprising air, at least one electric heating element which can be operated in order to heat the gas; and a tubular discharge element extending from the tubular casing, is configured to be flown through by the gas exiting the electric heater and comprises at least a first leading outlet to lead at least part of said gas towards said firing chamber, which first leading outlet has a through-hole with an equivalent diameter smaller than or equal to approximately 25 mm.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR HEATING A FURNACE
A method is provided for heating a furnace arranged with a heating zone heated with a burner providing a flame extending in a longitudinal direction and fed with a fuel and a primary oxidant, the burner is operated with a mass relationship between the fed fuel and primary oxidant permitting less than 50% of the fed fuel to be combusted using the primary oxidant, and a respective pair of secondary oxidant lances are provided one either side of the furnace pointing into the heating zone, lancing a secondary oxidant into the heating zone downstream of the burner substantially parallel with a cross plane, such that a temperature is measured downstream of the lances and that each of the lance pairs includes an upstream, low-speed first and a downstream, high-speed second lance, wherein the amount of secondary oxidant supplied via the first lance is regulated to achieve a homogenous lateral temperature profile. A related furnace is also provided.
KILN CAR AND KILN FOR FIRING CERAMIC BODIES
A kiln car assembly for a firing kiln having a plurality of upper burners includes a kiln car with an uppermost plurality of ceramic green bodies, a plurality of vertical members, and a horizontal supporting plate for supporting the ceramic green bodies during a firing process in the kiln. Further, the kiln car assembly includes a covering table having a tabletop located between the uppermost plurality of ceramic green bodies and the upper burners, and a plurality of legs positioned on the horizontal supporting plate.
HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE
A heat treatment furnace may include: a furnace body comprising an entrance, an exit, and a heat treatment space having a temperature-rising space and a temperature-maintained space that are configured to thermally treat a plurality of objects; conveying plates on which the plurality of objects is to be placed; a pusher configured to push the conveying plates in a front direction from the entrance to the exit of the furnace body; and a plurality of heaters extending in an up-down direction and aligned in the front direction in the heat treatment space. Each of the plurality of heaters may include a heating part configured to generate heat. Positions of the heating parts of the plurality of heaters in the up-down direction may vary from the heater closest to the entrance toward the heater closest to the exit.
