Convection furnace
The present invention relates to a furnace device for heating a plate, in particular a metal plate, by convection. The furnace device has a housing, in which a temperature control region for temperature-controlling a component part and an adjustment region are formed, wherein the adjustment region has a temperature control device for adjusting a temperature of a temperature control fluid. Further, the furnace device has a positioning device for positioning the plate in the temperature control region in a predetermined orientation, and a ventilator, which is arranged in the housing and which is adapted to circulate the temperature control fluid in the housing between the temperature control region and the adjustment region such that the temperature control fluid is flowable in a flow direction along a surface of the plate.
HIGH PRESSURE HEAT TREATMENT APPARATUS
Provided is a high pressure heat treatment apparatus including: an internal chamber accommodating an object to be heat-treated; an external chamber including a housing and a partition plate partitioning the housing into a high-temperature zone accommodating the internal chamber and a low-temperature zone having a lower temperature than the high-temperature zone, the partition plate including a discharge hole for allowing the high-temperature zone and the low-temperature zone to communicate with each other; a gas supply module configured to supply a process gas for the heat treatment to the internal chamber at a first pressure higher than that of the atmosphere, and supply a protective gas to the high-temperature zone and the low-temperature zone at a second pressure set in relation to the first pressure; and a discharge module configured to open the discharge hole to discharge the protective gas in the high-temperature zone to the low-temperature zone.
FURNACE FOR PARTIALLY HEATING METAL COMPONENTS
A continuous furnace for the heat treatment of steel sheets, such as hot forming and press hardening, wherein two zones with mutually different temperatures are formed in the furnace, and a separating wall is present between the two zones. A gap is present in the closed state between the steel sheet and the separating wall and a surface cooling nozzle is in the form of a tube, wherein the surface cooling nozzle has outlet openings pointing downwards in the vertical direction and the surface cooling nozzle is arranged in the direction towards a relatively cooler zone.

METAL MELTING AND HOLDING FURNACE
A metal melting and retention furnace is provided, wherein a tubular member in a furnace chamber, a table-like melting part is formed directly below the tubular member and a melting burner is arranged in the furnace chamber, a molten metal retention part in which the melting material which has been melted is introduced and which is provided with a retention burner for heating the introduced molten metal is formed around the outer circumference of the table-like melting part, and the molten metal in the molten metal retention part flows to a molten metal ladle part adjacent to the furnace chamber.
Immersion heater for molten metal
The invention relates to a device for heating molten metal by the use of a heater that can be immersed into the molten metal. This immersion heater includes an outer cover formed of one or more materials resistant to the molten metal in which the immersion heater is to be used, and a heating element inside of the outer cover, where the heating element is protected from contacting the molten metal.
Oven system
The present invention in various embodiments provides an oven system, having movable heating panels adapted to a partitioning mechanism, to change the heating chamber into one or more compartments in the housing, as per user requirements. The partitioning mechanism with the movable heating panels may be adapted to the extendable member or walls of the oven chamber including base, side walls or top wall of the oven chamber. The rotational holders may be adapted in the extendable member or the base of the oven chamber for adapting the skewers or food holders. Thus, the present invention creates an oven system which allows the user to maximize and optimize the use of the oven system in a more effective way.
