END BARRIER BOX AND A REFLOW OVEN USING THE END BARRIER BOX
The present application discloses an end barrier box for blocking ambient gases from entering a hearth of a reflow oven, including: a box body, wherein the box body includes a bottom and a top, the bottom has a mounting bottom plate, the top has an opening, the box body further includes a pair of side walls, and the side walls are oppositely disposed; and a plurality of deflectors, wherein each of the plurality of deflectors is mounted between the pair of side walls, each of the plurality of deflectors includes at least three fins, and the at least three fins are mounted on the mounting bottom plate and extend upward from the mounting bottom plate. According to the end barrier box of the present application, the deflector is set to include at least three fins, so that the deflector can be easily disassembled without disassembling the rails, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance of the end barrier box.

A continuous furnace for the heat treatment of steel sheets, such as hot forming and press hardening, wherein two zones with mutually different temperatures are formed in the furnace, and a separating wall is present between the two zones. A gap is present in the closed state between the steel sheet and the separating wall and a surface cooling nozzle is in the form of a tube, wherein the surface cooling nozzle has outlet openings pointing downwards in the vertical direction and the surface cooling nozzle is arranged in the direction towards a relatively cooler zone.

In a substrate pre-baking device, a baking box housing includes a baking chamber in an interior space of the baking box housing, wherein an opening corresponding to a side door is arranged on a lateral side of the baking box housing. The side door is arranged at the opening of the baking box housing. A heating structure is arranged in the baking chamber. A hot air curtain device is arranged at the side door of the baking box housing. When the side door is opened, the hot air curtain device is configured to form a hot air curtain for isolating the baking chamber from outside environment at the opening of the side door.

SUBSTRATE PRE-BAKING DEVICE
In a substrate pre-baking device, a baking box housing includes a baking chamber in an interior space of the baking box housing, wherein an opening corresponding to a side door is arranged on a lateral side of the baking box housing. The side door is arranged at the opening of the baking box housing. A heating structure is arranged in the baking chamber. A hot air curtain device is arranged at the side door of the baking box housing. When the side door is opened, the hot air curtain device is configured to form a hot air curtain for isolating the baking chamber from outside environment at the opening of the side door.
Horizontal heat treatment device
A horizontal heat treatment device continuously subjects an untreated continuous flat object to heat treatment while horizontally transferring the untreated object within a heat treatment chamber. Seal chambers are interconnected to the untreated-object loading opening and treated-object unloading opening of the heat treatment chamber. A passage is connected to an opening of each of the seal chambers, the opening located on the side opposite the heat treatment chamber. The untreated-object passage loading opening interconnected to the untreated-object seal chamber loading opening and the treated-object passage unloading opening interconnected to the treated-object seal chamber unloading opening are the untreated-object loading opening and treated-object unloading opening of the heat treatment device. A pair of gas ejection nozzles are provided at upper and lower positions of the passages. The nozzles eject gas in specific directions, and the nozzle openings have a specific shape, a direction, and a length.

REFLOW OVEN
A reflow oven is disclosed in the present application, the reflow oven including: a housing, where the housing defines an oven chamber, and the oven chamber is provided with an inlet end, an outlet end, and a conveying space extending from the inlet end to the outlet end; and at least two blocking boxes, where the at least two blocking boxes are arranged at the inlet end and the outlet end of the oven chamber respectively and configured to block ambient gases from entering the oven chamber. Each blocking box penetrates at least a part of the housing and is inserted into the oven chamber in a direction transverse to an extension direction of the conveying space, and is configured to be removably mounted on the housing in a drawable manner. According to the present application, with sliding mounting structures arranged, the blocking boxes can be removably mounted on the housing in a drawable manner, such that when the blocking boxes need to be cleaned and maintained, the blocking boxes can be easily removed from the housing for cleaning. When the blocking boxes are cleaned, it is unnecessary to remove a plurality of flow deflectors one by one, which facilitates operations.

An apparatus and a method for the treatment of a flat steel product, taking place in throughput. The apparatus includes an indirectly heated annealing furnace chamber, a conveyor device for continuously conveying the flat steel product over a conveyor path leading from an entry to an exit of the annealing furnace chamber, and nozzle arrangements for feeding atmosphere gas, which is reactive in relation to the flat steel product, into the annealing furnace chamber. A controlled treatment of the flat steel product includes a first nozzle arrangement, from which a gas jet induces a first gas flow towards the entry of the annealing furnace chamber and sweeping over the surface of flat steel product to be treated. A second nozzle arrangement includes a gas jet which induces a second gas flow directed towards the exit of the annealing furnace chamber and sweeping over the surface of flat steel product.
