The disclosure relates to a machine for thermal treatment of bulk material, comprising, a stationary furnace which presents a support structure, and a plurality of pallet cars traveling through the furnace, said plurality of pallet cars together defining, at a lateral side thereof, a common engagement surface which extends through the furnace, wherein a gap is defined between the support structure of the furnace and the common engagement surface, said gap having a gap length, the machine further comprising: a sealing system comprising: one or more drop bars, wherein each drop bar of the one or more drop bars includes a brush arranged on the drop bar such that the brush is configured to be in engagement with the common engagement surface such that the one or more drop bars covers the gap over at least parts of the gap length.

Disclosed is a trolley sealing device for a flue gas circulation system of a sintering machine, including a cover body covering a top surface of a sintering machine trolley. A top end of the cover body is provided with communication assemblies, and the communication assemblies communicate an inner cavity of the cover body with an outside environment; two ends of the inner cavity of the cover body are fixedly connected with vertical adjusting sections respectively, and a sealing device is arranged between the vertical adjusting sections and two ends of the top surface of the sintering machine trolley; and the cover body includes a plurality of frameworks; the plurality of frameworks are arranged above the sintering machine trolley, the communication assemblies are arranged on the frameworks, and skins are fixedly connected with the frameworks; and thermal insulation layers are arranged outside the skins.

The present invention relates to a melting device comprising a loading shaft (13, 13a) and a tilting device (4) by means of which a furnace vessel (1) with a furnace vessel cover (10) can be tilted into different tilt positions around a tilt axis (5a), wherein the furnace vessel sealing region is formed as a convex, cylindrical mantel section shaped, surface, and the shaft sealing region of the loading shaft (13, 13a) is formed as a complementary concave, cylindrical mantel section shaped, sealing surface, such that sections of the sealing surfaces of the two sealing regions lie mutually opposite one another in the different tilt positions of the tilting device (4) such that the transition region between the loading shaft (13, 13a) and the furnace vessel (1) is at least substantially sealed in all tilt positions of the furnace vessel (1), and to a melting method, in which a bunker container (17, 17a) with charging material (39, 40, 41) is placed in front of the loading shaft (13, 13a) on the loading side, wherein over the further course of this method, the charging material (39, 40, 41) is preheated in the bunker container (17) by furnace gas, and after further transport of this charging material (39, 40, 41) from the bunker container (17, 17a) into the loading shaft (13), this charging material (39, 40, 41) is further preheated in the loading shaft (13) by furnace gas.

The disclosure relates to a machine for thermal treatment of bulk material, comprising: a stationary furnace which presents a support structure, and a plurality of pallet cars traveling through the furnace, said plurality of pallet cars together defining, at a lateral side thereof, a common engagement surface which extends through the furnace, wherein a gap is defined between the support structure of the furnace and the common engagement surface, said gap having a gap length, the machine further comprising: a sealing system comprising a series of leaf members which are partially overlapping, wherein each leaf member of the series of leaf members is connected to the support structure at a first end thereof, and self-biased into engagement with the engagement surface at a second, opposite, end thereof such that the series of leaf members, together, cover the gap over at least part of the gap length.

The present application discloses an end barrier box for blocking ambient gases from entering a hearth of a reflow oven, including: a box body, wherein the box body includes a bottom and a top, the bottom has a mounting bottom plate, the top has an opening, the box body further includes a pair of side walls, and the side walls are oppositely disposed; and a plurality of deflectors, wherein each of the plurality of deflectors is mounted between the pair of side walls, each of the plurality of deflectors includes at least three fins, and the at least three fins are mounted on the mounting bottom plate and extend upward from the mounting bottom plate. According to the end barrier box of the present application, the deflector is set to include at least three fins, so that the deflector can be easily disassembled without disassembling the rails, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance of the end barrier box.

Disclosed is a trolley sealing device for a flue gas circulation system of a sintering machine, including a cover body covering a top surface of a sintering machine trolley. A top end of the cover body is provided with communication assemblies, and the communication assemblies communicate an inner cavity of the cover body with an outside environment; two ends of the inner cavity of the cover body are fixedly connected with vertical adjusting sections respectively, and a sealing device is arranged between the vertical adjusting sections and two ends of the top surface of the sintering machine trolley; and the cover body includes a plurality of frameworks; the plurality of frameworks are arranged above the sintering machine trolley, the communication assemblies are arranged on the frameworks, and skins are fixedly connected with the frameworks; and thermal insulation layers are arranged outside the skins.
End barrier box and a reflow oven using the end barrier box

A sintering belt (10) comprising a chain of grate cars (12); a supporting structure configured to support and allow movement of the chain of grate cars (12); at least two longitudinal sealing elements, parallel to a direction of motion (D) of the chain of grate cars (12) along the sintering or induration belt (10); at least two transversal sealing elements (14), intersecting with the direction of motion (D) of the chain of grate cars (12) along the sintering or induration belt (10), and partially obstructing its motion; and at least one suction duct (16). The suction duct (16), the at least two longitudinal sealing elements, the at least two transversal sealing elements (14) and a bottom surface of grate cars (12) are configured to define at least one plenum chamber (PC). The suction duct (16) is further configured to generate an under or over pressure in said plenum chamber (PC). A transversal sealing element (14) comprises at least one sealing roll (18, 18.1-18.15), the sealing roll (18, 18.1-18.15) configured to partially obstruct the motion of the chain of grate cars (12), and the sealing roll (18, 18.1-18.15) comprising an inner roll (18a) defining an inner radius and an elastically deformable outer sleeve (18b) defining an outer radius, and a transversal sealing element (14) comprises a plurality of parallel sealing rolls (18, 18.1-18.15) defining at least one roller table (20). A roller table (20) comprises at least two engaging sealing rolls (18.1-18.5), such that the distance between two adjacent engaging sealing rolls (18.1-18.5) is strictly comprised between the sum of their inner radii and the sum of their outer radii, consecutive engaging sealing rolls (18.1-18.5) defining a continuous surface (20) of the roller table (20).
