HEATING FURNACE
A heating furnace includes: a heating furnace main body that includes an accommodation chamber capable of accommodating a heating target object; a heat source capable of heating an inside of the accommodation chamber to an annealing point; a gas supply source that is arranged outside the heating furnace main body; and a pipeline that includes a pipeline main body that is arranged inside the accommodation chamber, and that is heated by the heat source, the pipeline main body being configured to retain a gas supplied from the gas supply source and heat the gas to the annealing point, and a discharge outlet that is formed on an end portion of the pipeline main body, and that is opened inside the accommodation chamber, the discharge outlet being configured to discharge the gas that is heated to the annealing point, to the inside of the accommodation chamber.
NON-OXIDATION HEAT TREATMENT SYSTEM HAVING INTERNAL RX GAS GENERATOR
A non-oxidation heat treatment system having internal Rx gas (endothermic gas) generator includes: a heat treatment furnace whose internal environment kept to an atmosphere of an Rx gas; internal reformers for accommodating reaction catalysts for generating the Rx gas; material supply means for mixing raw gas as a material for generating the Rx gas and air to a given ratio to supply the mixture to the internal reformers; heating means disposed in the heat treatment furnace to heat an internal temperature of the heat treatment furnace to a temperature needed for annealing; and a controller disposed on the outside to control the internal temperature of the heat treatment furnace through the control of the ON/OFF and combustion loads of the of the heating means, wherein the internal reformers are loaded to the interior of the heat treatment furnace and the heating means includes regenerative type radiant tube burners.

Cylindrical heating apparatus for aluminum foil annealing furnaces
The present invention discloses a cylindrical heating apparatus for aluminum foil annealing furnaces. During use, a fan sends air through an air inlet into the cylindrical shell, where the air flows circumferentially along the inner wall of the cylindrical shell, a guide plate directs a portion of the air to middle areas of the cylindrical shell to enhance the heat convection exchange between heating cores located in the middle areas of the cylindrical shell and the air, thereby improving the heating efficiency of the heating cores.
