The air conditioner system for a vehicle includes a compressor, an integral condenser in which a water cooling region and an air cooling region are formed integrally with each other, an expansion valve, and an evaporator, wherein the water cooling region and the air cooling region of the integral condenser are formed on one plate, such that existing air cooling and water cooling condensers may be formed integrally with each other through one-time brazing coupling, thereby reducing a package and simplifying assembling and manufacturing processes.
Evaporator with cool storage function
An evaporator includes a cool storage material container. The cool storage material container contains a cool storage material and is disposed in a second part of the spaces. The cool storage material container includes a container main body portion joined to the refrigerant flow tubes. The outward projecting portion extends from an upper end of the leeward edge or windward edge of the container main body portion. The outward projecting portion has an expansion portion projecting from the container main body portion and projecting thickness of the expansion portion is greater than a thickness of the container main body portion. The expansion portion is located outward of the fins. At least one of left and right side walls of the expansion portion is so constructed to deform when an internal pressure in the cool storage material container increases beyond a predetermined pressure.
Heat exchanger having a passage pipe
An inner fin is a wave fin having board portions extending in a pipe longitudinal direction and a top portion connecting the board portions located adjacent with each other. The wave fin has a wave-shaped cross-section perpendicularly intersecting a pipe longitudinal direction, and the board portion is bent into a waveform extending in the pipe longitudinal direction when seen from a pipe layering direction. A wave pitch WP [mm], a wave depth WD [mm], and a passage width H [mm] are set to satisfy relationships of 2.2≤WP/WD≤4.28 and 0.5≤WD/H≤1.8.
Heat exchanger II
A heat exchanger comprises a stack of mutually spaced apart plates. The plates are separated by respective spacings therebetween. Alternate spacings respectively provide a flow path for a first fluid and a second fluid. The heat exchanger further comprises a first header for inflow of the first fluid and a second header for outflow of the first fluid. The first and second headers are connected to the plate stack by flexible tubular ducting means.
MULTILAYER SHEETS FOR HEAT EXCHANGERS
An air thermal conditioning system for at least one of heating air and cooling air. The air thermal conditioning system comprises one or more heat exchanger units that include at least one fluid chamber defined by first and second multilayer sheets. The first and second multilayer sheets each comprise an inner layer defining the at least one fluid chamber; a middle layer; and an outer layer that defines external opposing faces of the heat exchanger unit, the middle layer disposed between the inner layer and outer layer.
LIQUID-COOLING TYPE DOUBLE-SIDED COOLER
A liquid-cooling type double-sided cooler includes a first cooling portion and a second cooling portion. In the liquid-cooling type double-sided cooler, an end of the first cooling portion is formed with a first communication hole that is configured to penetrate a first cooling liquid path and an outside of the first cooling portion, and an end of the second cooling portion is formed with a second communication hole that is configured to penetrate a second cooling liquid path and an outside of the second cooling portion. In particular, the first cooling portion and the second cooling portion are positioned such that the first communication hole and the second communication hole face each other, and the first cooling liquid path and the second cooling liquid path are connected with each other.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat releasing unit includes heat releasing constituents which are stacked and are joined together while heat releasing flow passages are formed in the heat releasing constituents, respectively. An evaporating unit includes evaporating constituents which are stacked and are joined together, while evaporating flow passages are formed in the evaporating constituents, respectively. The evaporating unit and the heat releasing unit are arranged one after another in a direction along a side plate portion. A heat releasing unit outlet is formed at an outlet-side heat releasing constituent that is one of the heat releasing constituents placed at an end thereof. An evaporating unit inlet is formed at an inlet-side evaporating constituent that is one of the evaporating constituents placed at an end thereof. All of the heat releasing flow passages are connected to the evaporating flow passages through the heat releasing unit outlet and the evaporating unit inlet.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE HEAT EXCHANGER WITH CALIBRATED BYPASS
A heat exchanger assembly includes a cooling plate with at least one outer heat transfer surface adapted for thermal contact with one or more heat-generating substrates. A fluid flow path extends from an inlet port to an outlet port, with a plurality of cooling zones spaced apart along the fluid flow path, each cooling zone including a heat transfer element such as a corrugated fin sheet in contact with the inner surface of the first plate wall. Manifold spaces are defined proximate to the inlet and outlet ports, and between adjacent cooling zones. One or more bypass flow passages are provided between upstream and downstream ends of at least one cooling zone, to divert a portion of the heat transfer fluid from flowing through the cooling zone. The volume of fluid flow bypassing one or more cooling zones is calibrated to improve temperature uniformity of the heat-generating substrates.
Heat Exchanger Flat Tube and Heat Exchanger with Heat Exchanger Flat Tube
Provided are a heat exchanger flat tube and a heat exchanger with the heat exchanger flat tube. The heat exchanger flat tube includes a first plate body and a second plate body. The second plate body is fastened to the first plate body. A liquid inlet portion, a throttle portion and a fluid channel are provided between the first plate body and the second plate body. The throttle portion is positioned between the liquid inlet portion and the fluid channel. The liquid inlet portion, the throttle portion and the fluid channel are all communicated. Liquid inside the liquid inlet portion is throttled through the throttle portion and flowed into the fluid channel.
