HEAT EXCHANGE MODULE COMPRISING AT LEAST TWO HEAT EXCHANGERS
A heat exchange module having a first heat exchanger, configured to enable heat exchange between a first fluid and a flow of air and extending inside a first plane of overall extension, and a second heat exchanger, configured to enable heat exchange between a second fluid and the flow of air and extending inside a second plane of overall extension, is disclosed. A housing delimiting, with the first heat exchanger, a circulation channel for the flow of air is included. The module has at least one air distribution member, movable between a position in which the air distribution member allows the flow of air to pass through the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, and a position in which the air distribution member prevents the flow of air from passing through the first heat exchanger while allowing the flow of air to pass through the second heat exchanger.
Liquid-cooled heat dissipation device and vehicle
A liquid-cooled heat dissipation device is disclosed, comprising a main body, a centrifugal pump, an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, a centrifugal fan and a motor. The main body comprises a shaft hole, liquid flow channels and airflow channels. The centrifugal pump guides a cooling liquid through the inlet pipe, main body and outlet pipe. The centrifugal fan guides air into the main body axially from the shaft hole. After passing through the centrifugal fan, the air forms centrifugal airflows and leaves the body radially through the airflow channels. With an extended flow path of the cooling liquid and the radial flow of the centrifugal airflow provided by the present invention, the temperature of the cooling liquid may be quickly reduced and the cooling effect may be improved. Thus, the structure is compact, small, light-weight, easy-to-assemble.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a core and a header tank. The header tank includes a partition, a first inlet pipe, and a second inlet pipe. The partition divides an inside passage of the header tank into a first tank and a second tank. The first inlet pipe introduces a first fluid into the first tank. The second inlet pipe introduces a second fluid into the second tank. The first inlet pipe is inclined at a predetermined angle except a right angle relative to an outer surface of the header tank such that a flow direction of the first fluid flowing from the first inlet pipe to the first tank includes a component in a predetermined direction from a first end of the first tank provided with the partition to a second end of the first tank opposite to the first end.
Continuous cooling assembly
Methods and systems are provided for a cooling assembly for a vehicle. In one example, the cooling assembly may be a non-rectangular cooler positioned in a front end of the vehicle with an entry duct continuous with the non-rectangular cooler and arranged upstream of the non-rectangular cooler and an exit duct also continuous with the non-rectangular cooler and arranged downstream of the non-rectangular cooler.
INTEGRALLY-FORMED LIQUID COLLECTING BOX STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
An integrally-formed liquid collecting box structure and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The integrally-formed liquid collecting box structure includes an integrally-formed liquid collecting box, a screw, and a leak-proof sealing ring. The leak-proof sealing ring is located between a nut portion of the screw and an inner end face of a stepped hole. The screw is screwed into an internal threaded hole. When the screw is tightened, the nut portion squeezes the leak-proof sealing ring so that the leak-proof sealing ring is deformed and clamped between the nut portion and the inner end face of the stepped hole, so as to prevent leakage.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger includes: a plurality of tubes arranged in an up-down direction; and a reinforcing plate arranged on a lower side of a lowermost tube of the plurality of tubes. The reinforcing plate has a bent portion protruding downward and extending along a longitudinal direction of the tube. The bent portion includes at least one discharge hole to discharge a condensed water. The discharge hole is formed by an upstream rib extending from the upper side toward the discharge hole in an upstream region and a downstream rib extending from the upper side toward the discharge hole in a downstream region, and a height dimension of the upstream rib is different from a height dimension of the downstream rib at least partially along a longitudinal direction of the tube.
HEADER PLATE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER AND METHOD OF MAKING HEADER PLATE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER
A header plate includes slots to receive heat exchange tubes of a heat exchanger. Each slot includes a lip extending in a direction of the tubes. Each slot has straight sides and corners. At least two tabs extend from each lip. One tab is on one side of each lip, and another tab is on an opposite side of each lip. Tabs are absent from the corners of the lip. Each tab is turned out from the lip so that the tabs on the lip act as a lead in for a tube entering the slot. Each slot has two long sides opposite one another. At least one tab is on each long side of the lip.
Heat exchanger
The present disclosure relates to a heat exchanger including a plurality of fluid guiding metal pipes (2) having pipe ends (3) arranged side by side at intervals, at least one pipe bottom (4) made of plastic and having receiving through-holes (5) in which the pipe ends (3) may be received, and a collection box (6) made of plastic and which may be connected to the pipe bottom (4) by a locking device formed between the pipe bottom and the collection box, wherein a seal (9) may be inserted between the pipe bottom (4) and the collection box (6), and the seal ensures press-fit of the pipe bottom (4) on the pipe ends (3) and seals the collection box (6) against the pipe bottom (4) and the pipe bottom (4) against the pipe ends (3).
METHOD FOR MONITORING A HEAT EXCHANGER UNIT
Embodiments of the disclosure pertain to a method for monitoring a heat exchanger unit that may include the steps of: coupling the heat exchanger unit with a heat generating device; associating a monitoring module with an airflow side of the heat exchanger unit; operating the monitoring module whereby a microcontroller performs tasks related to providing an indication; and taking an action based on the indication. The monitoring module includes an at least one sensor proximate to the airflow side; a logic circuit in operable communication with the at least one sensor, and further comprising the microcontroller.
WORKING VEHICLE
A working machine includes a cooling fan, and a first cooling device and a second cooling device that are disposed in series in a flow passage of cooling air that is generated by the cooling fan. The first cooling device is disposed upstream of the second cooling device in a direction of flow of the cooling air, and has a heat-exchange suppressing portion that is provided at a portion corresponding to a region in a rotation center vicinity of the cooling fan and that suppresses heat exchange between the cooling air and a fluid that flows in the first cooling device.
