HEAT EXCHANGER FOR RECOVERY OF WASTE HEAT
Disclosed herein is a heat exchanger for the recovery of waste heat. The heat exchanger includes: a bottom plate configured such that an exhaust gas inlet is formed therethrough; a top plate configured such that an exhaust gas outlet is formed therethrough at a location opposite that of the exhaust gas inlet; a first side plate configured such that a plurality first side through holes is formed therethrough; a second side plate configured such that a plurality of second side through holes is formed therethrough at locations opposite those of the first side through holes; a third side plate and a fourth side plate configured to connect the first side plate and the second side plate; and a plurality of heat exchange tubes formed as titanium material tubes, and configured to connect parallel between the first side through holes and the second side through holes.
HEAT EXCHANGER FOR HEATING DEVICES, AND TUBE-ASSEMBLY MODULE FOR A HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger for a boiler or similar heating device comprises a casing and a tube assembly inside the casing. The tube assembly includes a plurality of modules (6.sub.x, 6.sub.y) arranged in a juxtaposed configuration, each module (6.sub.x, 6.sub.y) having an at least approximately annular shape. The modules (6.sub.x,6.sub.y) each include a respective tube (7) that is at least partially embedded in a respective thermally conductive body (8) overmoulded to the tube (7). Each thermally conductive body (8) defines an upper face and a lower face of the respective module (6.sub.x, 6.sub.y), where at least at the upper face of a first module (6.sub.y) and the lower face of a second module (6.sub.x) the corresponding thermally conductive body (8) defines upper fins (24) and lower fins (23.sub.x), respectively, which extend in height substantially in an axial direction of the tube assembly and extend in length substantially in a radial direction of the tube assembly (5). The upper fins (24) of the thermally conductive body (8) of the first module (6.sub.y) are in an axially staggered position with respect to the lower fins (23.sub.x) of the thermally conductive body (8) of the second module (6.sub.x), with the upper fins (24), on the one hand, and with the lower fins (23.sub.x), on the other hand, which are at mutual distances such that the upper fins (24) of the thermally conductive body (8) of the first module (6.sub.y) are set between the lower fins (23.sub.x) of the thermally conductive body (8) of the second module (6.sub.x), or vice versa. In this way, between each upper fin (24) of the thermally conductive body (8) of the first module (6.sub.y) and each lower fin (23.sub.x) of the thermally conductive body (8) of the second module (6.sup.x), or vice versa, a respective radial passageway (P) is defined for the combustion fumes produced by a burner equipping the heat exchanger.

An aspect of the present disclosure provides a flow channel cap plate that constitutes a combustion chamber assembly including a combustion chamber and a plurality of insulating pipelines disposed on left/right side surfaces of the combustion chamber, the flow channel cap plate forming an insulating flow channel by covering the front surface of the combustion chamber, the flow channel cap plate including an inlet part including an inlet, and an inlet flow channel cap covering the front surface of the combustion chamber, an inlet space part is formed by covering the front surface of the combustion chamber with the inlet flow channel cap, the inlet is an entrance of the insulating flow channel, the plurality of insulating pipelines include a plurality of inlet insulating pipelines, and the inlet space part is a space that communicates the inlet with the plurality of inlet insulating pipelines.
Heat exchanger fin
Heat exchanger fins and heat exchangers are disclosed. The heat exchanger fins disclosed herein comprise louvers and winglet-type vortex generators arranged to improve heat transfer efficiency.
Heat exchanger unit and condensing boiler using the same
A heat exchanger unit according to the present invention comprises: a sensible heat exchanger including a sensible heat exchange pipe disposed in a sensible heat exchange area for heating water used for heating by receiving sensible heat generated by a combustion reaction, wherein the sensible heat exchange pipe receives the water used for heating and flows same through the interior, and a sensible heat fin disposed in the sensible heat exchange area, wherein the sensible heat fin is formed in a plate shape across the sensible heat exchange pipe and penetrated by the sensible heat exchange pipe; and a latent heat exchanger positioned downstream from the sensible heat exchange area on the basis of a reference direction, which is a flow direction of combustion gas generated during the combustion reaction, the latent heat exchanger including a latent heat exchange pipe disposed in a latent heat exchange area.
HEAT EXCHANGER TRANSFER TUBES
A transfer tube for a thermal transfer device can include at least one wall having an inner surface and an outer surface, where the inner surface forms a cavity, where the at least one wall further has a first end and a second end. The first end can be configured to couple to a terminus of a heat exchanger of the thermal transfer device. The second end can be configured to couple to a collector box of the thermal transfer device. At least a portion of the at least one wall can be disposed in a vestibule of the thermal transfer device. The cavity can be configured to simultaneously receive a first fluid that flows from the first end to the second end and a second fluid that flows from the second end to the first end.
Condensation Heat Exchanger
A condensation heat exchanger including at least one helically-coiled tube, inside which a fluid to be heated can circulate, a deflector, and a shell mounted inside which the tube, the shell having a gas-discharge sleeve having a bottom and a facade for feeding and/or producing a hot gas, inside the shell. The shell comprises a tubular metallic shroud closed at its two ends by a facade and a bottom, wherein the bottom is made of composite plastic, the rear edge of the shroud has a plurality of fastening tongues, the bottom has, at its periphery, a plurality of fastening slots arranged along at least part of its circumference, each fastening slot bordered longitudinally by a first longitudinal rib projecting outwardly, and wherein each fastening tongue is inserted into a fastening slot and folded twice around the first rib.

A transfer tube for a thermal transfer device can include at least one wall having an inner surface and an outer surface, where the inner surface forms a cavity, where the at least one wall further has a first end and a second end. The first end can be configured to couple to a terminus of a heat exchanger of the thermal transfer device. Heat exchanger for a boiler, and heat-exchanger tube
A heat exchanger includes a plurality of tubes arranged in a juxtaposed configuration, and at least one first manifold member on the outside of the tubes. Each tube is wound to define a planar spiral, having a plurality of co-planar turns, and has an end portion, which extends starting from the inside of the corresponding planar spiral towards the outside thereof. The end portion is superimposed on the co-planar turns, in a position corresponding to a major face of the planar spiral, for connection to the manifold member. tube has a transverse depression defined in the co-planar turns at the major face of the planar spiral, and the transverse depression at least partially receives a a corresponding part of the end portion.
Heat exchanger and water heating device including the same
A heat exchanger includes: a casing into which heating gas is supplied; and a plurality of heat transfer tubes which are arranged in the casing, wherein the plurality of heat transfer tubes are set in a posture in which a plurality of straight tube portions are arranged in a direction intersecting a heating gas flow direction, are stacked a plurality of stages in the heating gas flow direction, and are distinguished into first and second heat transfer tubes respectively located on an upstream side and a downstream side in the heating gas flow direction, and wherein the second heat transfer tube is formed so that an outer diameter of the tube and an arrangement pitch of the plurality of straight tube portions are smaller than those of the first heat transfer tube.
