A heat exchanger mounting assembly for use in an HVAC system includes a frame for mounting a heat exchanger operably coupled to at least two sides of a heat exchanger housing, the frame having at least two mounting rails, each mounting rail having a first mounting rail side, and second mounting rail side, a proximate end and a distal end; and at least two coil support members extending from the first mounting rail side; and at least one connection member located on the second mounting rail side; and at least one support rail configured to engage the second mounting rail side of the at least two mounting rails; and at least two cross rails operably coupled to each of the at least two coil support members; and a heat exchanger, comprising at least one coil header operably coupled to at least two coil support members.

A multi-row heat exchanger coil includes a first row of coil, a second row of coil positioned generally parallel to the first row of coil, a bent portion fluidly communicating the first and second rows of coil, an interior space formed between the first and second rows of coil, and a mounting assembly. The mounting assembly includes at least one connection member configured to connect the first and second rows, thereby securing the first and second rows of coil to each other, a mounting member configured to prevent airflow from exiting from the interior space at a side of the multi-row heat exchanger coil, and fastening mechanism configured to attach the mounting member to the connection member.

Heat exchanger for the feeding of fuel in internal combustion engines

The heat exchanger comprises a first and a second stage (E1,E2), each having an inlet and an outlet of water, the second stage (E2) having an inlet and an outlet of oil, the first stage (E1) being provided with fuel inlet and outlet nozzles, selectively connected, in parallel, to the fuel supply to the engine (M). The inlet and outlet of water of the first stage (E1) are respectively connected to the outlet of the water radiator, by means of a cooling water circuit internal to the engine (M), and to the water inlet of the second stage (E2). The water outlet of the second stage (E2) is connected to the inlet of a water radiator, and the inlet and outlet of oil in the second stage (E2) are connected in series to a lubricant oil circuit internal to the engine (M).

The present disclosure discloses a heat exchanger and an air conditioning system having the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a first heat exchanger core, a second heat exchanger core and a connection part. Heat exchange tubes of the first heat exchanger core and the second heat exchanger core include first circuit heat exchange tubes. A length of the heat exchange tube of the first heat exchanger core is greater than a length of the heat exchange tube of the second heat exchanger core. The connection part includes a first connection part through which the first circuit heat exchange tubes of the first heat exchanger core are connected with the first circuit heat exchange tubes of the second heat exchanger core. The heat exchange tubes of at least one of the first heat exchanger core and the second heat exchanger core further include second circuit heat exchange tubes. First circuit heat exchange tube groups each constituted by at least one of the first circuit heat exchange tubes and second circuit heat exchange tube groups each constituted by at least one of the second circuit heat exchange tubes are arranged alternately. Thereby, the heat exchange performance can be improved at both partial load and full load.

A heat exchanging system includes a frame and at least one heat exchanger. The frame has first and second base members, and first and second sets of crossmembers. The first and second sets of crossmembers extend from the first and second base members, respectively, in opposing directions. The first set of crossmembers engages the second set of crossmembers to form adjoined crossmembers extending between the first and second base members. The crossmembers define at least one window between the first and second base members. The first set of crossmembers is adjustable relative to the second set of crossmembers to increase or decrease a length of each window between the first and second base members. The at least one heat exchanger is disposed within the at least one window.
