Water heater
Provided is a water heater including a burner that receives a supply of combustion air from a fan, a heat exchanger having a heat transfer tube, and a combustion chamber case in which a combustion chamber of the burner is formed in the interior thereof and which is to be capable of guiding combustion gas generated by the burner to the heat exchanger. The water heater further includes a unit case that surrounds the combustion chamber case, and a region on the outside of the combustion chamber case within the unit case serves as an air pressure chamber having a higher pressure than the combustion chamber. Thus, combustion gas leakage to the outside can be prevented or suppressed appropriately by means of a simple configuration.
Three-dimensional diffuser-fin heat sink with integrated blower
A heat exchanger system is provided and includes a heat sink, fins arrayed on a central region of the heat sink to form channels between adjacent fins and an integrated blower. Each of the fins extends radially outwardly from the central region and has a height that increases with increasing distance from the central region. The integrated blower is disposed at the central region to generate flows of coolant directed into and through the channels.
HOLDING SUPPORT AND V-SHAPED HEAT EXCHANGER HAVING THE SAME
A holding support (1) for a v-shaped heat exchanger (2) having a flat base plate (3), which on a plate edge (4) comprises or forms a spreading finger holder (7) comprising holding fingers (5, 6) for holding flat tubes (8) of a v-shaped heat exchanger (2) and on a further plate edge (9) comprises or forms a support (10) for supporting the holding support (1). In a v-shaped heat exchanger (2) two holding supports (1) may be used to support the v-shaped heat exchanger (2) on a surface (11).
APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT FLATTENED TUBE FINS
When taking out flattened tube fins that have been stacked in a stacker apparatus from the stacker apparatus while maintaining the stacked state, an apparatus is provided for taking out the stacked flattened tube fins from the stacker apparatus that stacks the flattened tube fins having cutaway portions into which flattened tubes are inserted. The apparatus includes a first member including a base plate and an erected portion, a second member that is disposed at a position facing the first member and together with the first member clamps the flattened tube fins, and a moving mechanism that causes the first member and the second member to move toward and away from the flattened tube fins on the stacker apparatus and moves the flattened tube fins and the stacker apparatus apart while the flattened tube fins of the stacker apparatus are clamped by the first member and the second member.
Heat exchanger and refrigeration cycle apparatus
In a heat exchanger, each of a plurality of heat exchange members includes: a main body portion including a heat transfer pipe; and extending portions provided to the main body. The extending portions extend from ends of the main body portion in a third direction. When a dimension of the main body portion in the third direction is represented by La, a dimension of the extending portions in the third direction is represented by Lf, a dimension of a wall thickness of each of the heat transfer pipes is represented by tp, and a thickness dimension of each of the extending portions is represented by Tf, relationships: Lf/La≥1 and Tf≤tp are satisfied.
FIN-AND-TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
Provided are rectangular plate-like fins 2 layered at intervals; and flat tubes 3 which are perpendicularly extended through the layered plate-like fins 2 and are provided on multiple levels along a longitudinal direction of the plate-like fins 2. The plate-like fins 2 are provided with at least one heat transfer promoting section 6 that is positioned in a region between adjacently-positioned flat tubes 3 and in which ridge sections 4 and valley sections 5 having ridgelines extending in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like fins 2 are arranged to alternate. En the heat transfer promoting section 6, at least one slit 7 allowing communication between a front and a back of the plate-like fin 2 is formed on a downwind side of the ridge sections 4.
REFRIGERANT DIVERTER
A refrigerant diverter diverts inflowing refrigerant and to cause the refrigerant to flow out to a downstream side. The refrigerant diverter includes a vertically extending diverter case, and a vertically extending rod-shaped rod member disposed inside the diverter case. The diverter case has a plurality of diverting channels disposed along a circumferential direction, a diverting space arranged to guide the refrigerant to the diverting channels, and a plurality of expelling spaces that communicate with the diverting space through the diverting channels, the expelling spaces being disposed along a vertical direction. The diverting channels are configured from a plurality of holes extending in a longitudinal direction of the rod member and integrally formed in the rod member.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR CONDITIONING APPARATUS
A heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat tubes, a header part, and a guide part. An interior of the header part is partitioned into first and second spaces. One end of each of the tubes is connected to the first space. The guide part has a guide space positioned below the first space. The guide space communicates with the first space via an ascending opening. The first and second spaces communicate with each other via upper and lower communication ports provided within upper and lower sides of the header part, respectively. When the heat exchanger is viewed from above after installation, the tubes and the ascending opening have an area of overlap, and the ascending opening and a space where the lower communication port is extended do not overlap or have an area of overlap that is up to 50% of the ascending opening.
Heat exchanger unit
A heat exchanger unit includes: a first heat exchanger including a first header, a second header, and a first flat pipe group that includes first flat multi-hole pipes connected to each of the first header and the second header; and a second heat exchanger: disposed in parallel with the first heat exchanger on an air downstream side, from the first heat exchanger, of air flow generated by a fan; and including a third header, a fourth header, and a second flat pipe group that includes second flat multi-hole pipes connected to each of the third header and the fourth header. The fourth header causes a refrigerant that flows in from the third header to flow out to the first header.
