Protection device for a heat exchanger
A protection device 1 for a heat exchanger, comprising a grid 10 with an upstream surface 11 and a downstream surface 12, both located on opposite sides of the grid 10, the grid 10 being attachable to the heat exchanger 40 with attachment means 11 so that the downstream surface 12 can face a side of the heat exchanger 40, wherein the protection device 1 further comprises a shock absorber 20 attached to the grid 10 so that the shock absorber 20 least partly protrudes from the downstream surface 12 of the grid 10.
HEAT EXCHANGER ASSEMBLY FOR A REFRIGERATION DEVICE, AND REFRIGERATION DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
A heat exchanger assembly for a refrigeration device has a condensation pan for receiving condensed water discharged from a cooling compartment of the refrigeration device. The assembly further includes a heat exchanger with a housing, a refrigerant line assembly arranged in an inlet opening of the housing, a fan which is arranged in an outlet opening of the housing, and a sealing plate which projects from the housing and protrudes into the condensation pan.
Air-oil heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a plurality of fins arranged as a network and delimiting corridors, and an envelope having an internal wall and an external wall, the internal and external walls delimiting between them a channel for a flow of a first fluid in a main direction, the network of fins being arranged in the channel and connected to the internal and external walls, at least one passage for a flow of a second fluid being embedded in at least one of the internal and external walls, the channel being, in the main direction, divergent and then convergent.
Shroud for an integrated circuit heat exchanger
A protective shroud includes a top plate, a first side plate that is adapted to be disposed proximate a first edge region of a plurality of cooling fins of a heat exchanger for an integrated circuit, and a second side plate that is adapted to be disposed proximate a second edge region of the plurality of cooling fins.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
A heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat tubes in which refrigerant flows and a plurality of fins provided between the plurality of flat tubes and configured to transfer heat of refrigerant flowing in the plurality of flat tubes. An upstream end portion of each of the plurality of flat tubes in an air flow direction is located at the same position as an upstream end portion of each of the plurality of fins or protrudes farther than the upstream end portion of each of the plurality of fins, and an opening port is formed at the upstream end portion of each of the plurality of flat tubes or at the upstream end portion of each of the plurality of fins.
Tuned multilayered material systems and methods for manufacturing
A multilayered material system includes at least one of a liner sheet and a cellular core, and a multilayered composite joined to the at least one of a liner sheet and a cellular core. The multilayered composite includes hollow microspheres dispersed within a metallic matrix material.
Heat exchanger arrangement, screen, and method for protecting a heat exchanger arrangement
A heat exchanger arrangement includes a heat exchanger having a front, a rear, and a side between the front and the rear, a fan arranged to direct an airflow from the front to the rear of the heat exchanger, and a screen disposed over at least the front and side of the heat exchanger and attached to a structure at or behind the rear of the heat exchanger.
HEAT EXCHANGER, FUEL CELL ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A heat exchanger for a fuel cell is disclosed. The heat exchanger includes at least two tube bodies that are arranged at a distance from one another and are in each case structured so that a fluid can flow through internally and so that air can flow around externally. A water channel, through which water can flow fluidically separated from the fluid, is arranged in or on at least one tube body. At least one opening, via which the water channel communicates fluidically with an external environment of the at least one tube body, is provided on the at least one tube body. The at least one opening is arranged in the at least one tube body so that at least one of the tube bodies can be wetter with water, which is guided through the water channel and escapes the water channel through the at least one opening.
MULTILAYER THERMAL SHIELD COMPRISING AN INTEGRATED FLUID CIRCUIT
When products to be shipped are temperature-sensitive, it is necessary to maintain a substantially uniform and constant temperature to avoid spoilage. As a result, thermal shields are often placed on top of the products. Many designs for thermal shields have been considered in the past but improvements are still desired. Accordingly, there is provided a multilayer thermal shield (100) comprising a thermally conductive layer (108), and at least one heat exchange fluid circuit (120) coupled to a first surface of the thermally conductive layer, the at least one heat exchange fluid circuit comprising at least one inlet (124) configured to permit the ingress of heat exchange fluid. The thermal shield further comprises an outer insulation layer (104) connected to a first surface of the thermally conductive layer (108) and comprising grooves designed to receive the heat exchange fluid circuit. The thermal shield further comprises an inner insulation layer (110) connected to a second surface of the thermally conductive layer (108).
